I don't have any issue to report younger person. Because the main thing is the position to whom I am reporting. Younger person will motivate me to do work with more perfection.

Seniority doesn't have any age boundaries. As long as there is a mutual respect between 2 people everything will work out.

Yes, of course. Age does not mater because he is talented so that he is in that position with out any feeling I will report that person. I will take him as my inspiration to grow thoroughly and work hard for it.

What I think that if you have to report to younger talent than probably you are getting motivated somewhere that if he /she can do than why I cannot.
