At workplace, age doesn't matter what matters experience. It could be possible that person younger than me in terms of age but has got much more practical knowledge & goal oriented skills, hence it will be my duty to understand those things first & give up all egos.

Yes of course. Age does not matter because he is talented so that he is in that position without any feeling I will report that person. I will take him as my inspiration to grow thoroughly and work hard for it.

Seniority at work is not about age, but rather about the knowledge, experience, and good works, reporting to a younger person than me is nice because I gain more from him/her.

Actually, in professional work, we do not report a younger or older age person but we report to a position that he has grabbed with his talent, abilities, and knowledge. So we should not feel any shame or something else by reporting to younger age person and of course, I will do my work.

I have got nothing to do with the age of the person I am reporting to. His/Her qualifications, experience, knowledge and efforts might have lead to achieve good designation. As of me, it is reporting to my higher up and it is part of my job.

Professionalism does teach you it's regarding caste Creed age or sex. So it doesn't matter whether of any age I have to report to. I would rather respect for what he has achieved in such a lesser age and take a lesson from it.

We should give respect to the post, not for the person.

I will feel positive reporting to a younger person and learn how to gain those skills which I don't have. It does not matter whether the boss is young or old one should follow the track.
