Normally, I have not skip my work and I have complete my work within the given time frame. However, I have been absent for two days due to some unavoidable circumstances that too with the prior notification to the manager and team leader.

Yes, I have taken leave with prior intimation to Boss. I believe in work life balancing and take leave on summer vacation of my child to meet our parents and a small tour to Himachal.

Although I am a mature person and I understand my responsibilities and I am caring for my job but once I have been absent for few days informing officials afterwards for the urgent reasons which they consider as valid.

Yes sir, as there are circumstances in which you can't afford to not spend a few days to take care of (like a marriage), but the important thing is you have clear communication with your colleagues, your customers and prepare a good backup plan to make sure that the company business is not interrupted in any way.

Nope, I never been absent from work more than a few days, and as I said I always give first priority to my work and I'm purely dedicated to it from past two years.

And I always make sure that my leaves are planned and I inform about it to management at least 15-20 days before so that a back up can be arranged for that time.

Yes sir, I took leave for 5 days. Because as a human being we have another responsibility also which we have to fulfill. But after completing my work and made my work arranged to other during my absence, I took the leave.

Yes sure. After winning a targeted project for my boss I took a long vocation to return back with new zeal and energy to take up the new assignment.
