Yes, depending upon the situation means I took leave at an emergency only, post seeking permission from my boss, simultaneously I prepared a backup just to ensure smooth running if business and no escalation and complaints during my absence.

Yes sir as we are also human being we also will have some problems which we can't avoid if situation require. Due to health problems/functions/family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves after coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.
