Due to health problems / Functions / Family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves. After coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.

Sir actually I don't want to escape from my responsibilities, I like to contribute myself as possible as I can in the part of success of my company. Only I absent a few days when the situation demands and urgent.

Yes sir, as there are circumstances in which you can't afford to not spend a few days to take care of (like a marriage), but the important thing is you have clear communication with your colleagues, your customers and prepare a good backup plan to make sure that the company business is not interrupted in any way.

Well, to be honest, no one is working without taking any leaves. Being a human being, we may also need leave due to our illness or family member for an emergency. I used to take leave only for a genuine reason. Thank you.

Honestly speaking,i have taken few days of leave for some proper health reason. But i understand my responsibilities in the terms of my assigned work, So, i did my pending work by managing my time.

Although I am a mature person and I understand my responsibilities and I am caring for my job but once I have been absent for few days informing officials afterwards for the urgent reasons which they consider as valid.

Yes Sir/Mam, Sometimes when I have been ill and if there is some urgency. But even though I have seen to it that the work is not affected to a major level. If I have been ill and not present at the office then I make sure that I am available in phone. And If I am taken leave for any other reason prior I have always explained the work to the concerned to be done in my absence.
