As we all know that language is a source to communicate the thoughts of a person to the other but in India, most of the people speak Hindi than another language in my point of view Hindi should be an official language English is also necessary for our because it is most widespread language of the world. As we speak more language our knowledge as well as our eagerness of communicating with people increase.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I don't agree with it that Hindi should be made official language of India. India is a developing country. We have economic relations with other countries and for that, we require some common language in which we can interact clearly. As other country's people won't understand Hindi it will only increase our problems.
There are still many remote places in India in which people don't know how to speak Hindi they don't know how to write in Hindi. Thus the point of making Hindi as our official language is not justified. As we all know that English is a global language and people from any corner of the world understand English so one thing which I would like to suggest is that instead of declaring Hindi declare English as it's official language.

Hi All,
I am Ajit D. Kadam,
No, Hindi is not our official language, because in our country all the state has its own official language for Ex:
In Maharashtra, the official work is going to be on the Marathi language as Marathi is a Local language in Maharashtra. Similarly, other states have its own Local language that's why Hindi is not our official language in all over country.
Thank you.

Hindi should be our official language. Though India has 22 languages, however, Hindi is the most widely spoken among all. Hindi is the 5th most widely spoken language in the world. India was previously known as Hindustan, land of people who speak Hindi.
75% of the country resides in villages, where most of the people speak Hindi. So it is hard for them to accept English as their official language.
English is necessary to maintain Foreign relationships, but that could be done even if English is not our official language.
If we compare India to other countries so India has only where people officially they prefer English and locally they use the Hindi language. Every country has their identical language but only India who doesn't have their identity to present their language i.e. Hindi.

As per my opinion, Hindi should not be the official language of India, Because India is countries where people with different cultures and religion live together. Most of them, especially belonging to South India region do not understand Hindi as compared to English.

I am in favour of this statement that Hindi should be our official language many people are saying that the development of our country is can be done with English but I oppose this statement because as we know that there was a rule of British here for approximately 200 years then why our country is not developed by that time with English used by Britishers?
So according to me, India can develop with Hindi from the point of view that our country is developing rapidly with Hindi. So Hindi should be our official language.
Thanks.

Hi,
Subhasis here.
In my point of view.
It will take time but I think let wait until all learn Hindi first instead of making it official language.
Making it National Language will not make difference untill we co up with each other.
Learning Hindi will make you communicate from a poor to rich or any. Which will help you and help them too.
It's not focus to making it official language, we should Focus to contribute something for nation or atleast for 2,3 people.
Thank you.

Hi.
According to me - it is an ongoing debate topic that Hindi should be official language or not.
As we know in India 22 languages are there and Hindi is widely spoken out of them, but many places in India don't know Hindi, like in Tamilnadu, Kerala. So if these people will get job in other regions then it will be tough to survive for them, like in MNC company English is spoken so we can have English as common language.
As we know English is widely practiced then Hindi in India and English is a medium of communication for our international relationships, and nowadays used in schools and offices so as in my opinion each Govt employe should have English communication skills.
As a conclusion, English should be a common language and we should focus on Hindi also as it was like an official language before our independence.

Hi every one.
In my way, Hindi should be an official language of India. As compared to other developed countries like USA and USSR, the literary will be less.
So in India, everyone can not be able to talk in English or other 22 languages in India.
But we can communicate with other state people, and also have some works, that's why all of you have one official language is needed.
Hindi language I have spoken by India in maximum percent, so in our country, Hindi is our official language.
