The rule is made for the better and bitter mind if someone is taking the right to live off someone it is good and fine, but if some are protesting for the crime is absolutely bad what should be the action.

Rules are something which people must need to follow but I can say that if we will break the rules then maybe we can learn something new. This is like 2 sides of a coin.

We got some inventions and records by breaking rules so I think break rules one time and enjoy life, it's different and wonderful experience.

It's depend on person.

Personally I break the social rules many times to enjoy life, mostly break the social rules made for girls, go against of it and I can live my life because many people are there like me who have their own dreams to fulfill. Who don't like social restrictions.

I think there is no harm if by breaking the rules someone is benefitted in good way, if it's broken for crime or bad purpose it's wrong.

In my opinion, rules should not be broken because rules are made for our welfare, for our society, and for our nation's welfare. If you do not follow the rule then it may very dangerous for you, for example if there is a notice placed on high voltage lines like please do not touch this lines. For your enjoyment or if you are very eager to know new any things or you just wants to make a new record, you just touched that wire then what will happen? we all knows very well. And there are also very kinds of example which can show that rules should not be broken. The rule is just like a guideline which should not be disturb. But yes if it for saving the life of someone or for good ways and nothing happening harm to anything then there is no rule.

Actually sentence RULES ARE MEAN TO BE BROKEN is not correct.

Because Rules means that we have to follow/obey in our daily life or whatever.

Yeah, rules might be broken that is ok.

Because in some critical situation we can see that we have to break because in that situation that is important but yeah it should not effect to other life, relationship, means it should not hear another one.

Take one example DELHI now there are going start ODD EVEN number vehicle (only rules for that is not commercially) so what is the reason behind this because we have the problem of high traffic on road and major problem of AIR pollution that also storming the city.

So it is good for us only, means by reducing the vehicle now fuel consumption will reduce answer soon there so many advantages.

But there may be some situation where we have to break the rule like if in any family house someone got health problem not we have to take patient hospital in just time and we have only ODD number car but that day Even number is only allowed then we have to break the rules because not think of a life of a person.

So rules are mean to be broken is not right but it may be brake or we can break if it is necessary but it should not harmful to other.

RULES ARE MEANT FOR BROKEN is not exactly correct. Rules are been made for our happiness, welfare and protection. Rules are to be broken in times of any critical and dangerous situations. Rules are rules which meant for all. We do not break rules for our joy, it may cause danger for us.

Well, rules are made for a purpose and are not meant to be broken. We need to abide by the rules. This will only do us good. There are some restrictions which are quite uneasy to follow. But we need to adapt to such restricted environment in order to develop and protect ourselves. For example, our government has made it mandatory to always wear a helmet. But how many of us follow this rule? We see a notice which says "DO NOT GO BEYOND THIS LINE". But people just ignore the instruction and put their lives under risk. Rules are made for our welfare and we need to follow them to lead a peaceful and disciplined life.

The topic is Rules are meant to be broken.

With this, I would not deny that I myself may have broken many rules, be it rules framed by my parents or by my families or maybe by my school and college teachers.
Who obeys rules I don't and maybe it might be with all of you in this discussion. On toll road it's written that the speed should not exceed a certain limit but who has the time to obey them. Even its made compulsory that kids who are below the age of 18 years should not be permitted to drive but all of us have seen kids under the age of 18 driving rashly on the roads and the recent case of a boy who killed a person on the busy roads of Delhi. For kids, they aren't aware of all these rules they think what will happen if we just try to break all these rules. The results may destroy their life but who cares. Their parents are also supporting their kids. Even when on cigarettes packs it's clearly mentioned that smoking is injurious to health. Smoking causes cancer. But this has increased more smokers, be it children under the age of 18 or above the age of 18 we see everyone smoking in the market. If any of us try to stop them or give them the harmful cause of smoking they won't even care to listen. And I have also tried stopping one of my close friends that why are you spoiling your life when you are aware of its harmful effects that person in one or two days told me that he doesn't want to keep this friendship going because I was trying to change him. I know what a lame reason.

But anyway human are there to hide their mistakes but when other person makes the same mistakes we are the first one to speak out loud that the person is not obeying the rules. So we are there just there to break rules.

In my opinion, we make rules when we find something inappropriate or wrong and to stop that inappropriateness we shall not break rules. They are made for our betterment.
