Hi.
Actually rules are mean to be broken rules are the elementary bricks in a country like India. Only when we broke the current rules then only the constitution can come up with a better one.
Lets take an example,
At first seat belt was no compulsory for drivers when a rule was established on the strict usage of seat belt to the drivers, people started to avoid this and break the rule. So the government came with penalty for people who break the law.

Just like a coin having two sides the rules also having two sides. For attaining success in any field the rules play a key role. For proper arrangement, discipline rules and regulation are necessary. No doubt rules make our life on time. So the rules must be followed up by everyone to be regular one. But some rules which are of no meaning should be broken because until the old one rule broken up by us the new one will not be created. So the rules having no importance must be broken for the new one.
Rules are created to be followed. Everyone should follow the rules and regulation strictly. If the proper laws are followed than every thing will be in the well format way automatically. If you do anything against the rules, then you can also get punished. For eg, think, students who are paying fees manually, if they all directly rushes to the counter then they will get more time, and the one who has came first to pay fees might be at the end and the last one pushes and pay it first, this will be a wrong way and it will injustice for the one who came first so guys whats the big deal following the rules and maintain peace in the society.

Rules are not for break. Rules means awareness, restriction, bond etc. Actually some boundaries are necessary for everyone life's and in system too so the none can misuse anything. Similarly all the organisation has rules book. If we break one rule then we get two more instead of breaking one rule. After made rule has more restriction more foundation we will give more discomfort to follow.

Yes!rules can be broken, but not upto the complete extent. I feel that all the rules are not meant for breaking them and also I can't particularly list out the rules that can be broken. It depends upon the situation and the importance where it is definitely necessary to break such rules. We are not at all some kind of animals to follow some other with restricted rules and regulations.
We have the right to break even a rule which is strictly implemented all over the nation if we feel uncomfortable. Rules should be in such a way that its implementation is meant for the safety and welfare of the people but not for name sake.

According to me there are two types of rules one is necessary rules, another is general rules. Although both are to be follow but in certain situations like emergency. We might break a general rule.
Example:There are separate water facility for male and female. One male person can take the water from the female one. In the necessary situation.
Necessary rules can not brake because they might be very costly for you. You might lose a important part of your life. "Remember rules are never make one to be bounded. It is made for your freedom".
Example: Cognizant gave me a project on cloud computing, we have to submit it with in 40 days. But because of some moody colleges we got late by one day. And can not image the situation.

Hi all.
In my opinion rules are man made. They are created for good survival of human life. Rules should be followed until they did not become harm to anyone. Rules must be broken in case of serious circumstances.

I think its wrong that Rules are meant to be broken. All of us are living in a civilized society and are bound to follow rules from every minute activity, from the day we are born. While we were kids, we used to follow rules of our parents are being educated to follow rules. Rules of a nation, any sports we play, society we live in.
If we don't follow the rules, we are no way different to the animals. The impact of not following rules is obvious. If we don't follow the rules of a country or nation, we will be put behind the bars or would be fined.
Apart from this, it results in instability in the society and the results could be devastating. Suppose a person does not obey a traffic rule when the signal is red and keeps on moving, it could end up in an accident thereby resulting in loss of human life, property, etc.
We kept on cutting trees relentlessly for decades against the rules of nature and now the results are before everyone. Rising Global Warming, Polluted air above inhaling level, polluted water, etc.
Being in a rule means keeping our society in balance thereby maintain equilibrium. So, I am in view of Rules are not meant to be broken and everyone should abide by the rules set up.

Undoubtedly no! because rules a set of guidelines which create path to be a standard person in the society. Person without rules cannot survive normally under general circumstances. People should make some rules for an optimistic society. Rules doesn't degrade the status of a person but raises the concern on other people.
