According in my point of view, ethics is very important part of business, ethics make the trust with everyone to the company. As todays world is a fraud, fake world which destroy their unity, trust for any business, these they do for the money, but these makes the destruction of the company. Ethics make the company for a long time to run. Ethics is like a food, people eat food for their survival, same as business needs a role of ethics to run the company for a long period of time.

Ethics to Business is like, man to business. If man do not have moral ethics therefore business has no ethic as well, because it is man who govern business.

Business do not reason nor initiate its own social responsibility but only as a juridical being, man is a rational being that governs in the business.

Conclusion: If a business is not ethical therefore the people in the business are not ethical.

Provided further, ethics is to be value and not to value ethics because man-business are compose of ethical and unethical or moral and immoral, it is then we'll be able to discerned if we define ethics by our own values.

Ethics are the principle of wright and wrong that are accepted by the society or organization. It play a important role in perception of a scenario. The decision which you take are highly influenced by the ethics we believe in.

In business we make decision which force us to distinguish between profit and ethical values. These are the decision which decide how are business is going to run. Those people who can make profits and maintain ethics of business intact are the most successful businessman.

They say that "Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do. It is true that morals and values differs for an individual, concerns come in our professional lives. When people at work pressurize you to things, often we ignore our ethics.

Morals and values are extremely individualistic. It's incorrect to say that you can't succeed if you are ethical in business. You will probably take some more time to succeed. You can't force someone to follow ethics.

If we talk about the ethics in business, ethics means legally achieving the company objectives and filling the bank balance. But Indian business is totally corrupted it means if we want start new venture we have to pay some amount in illegally then only we can get permission, and starting to end of the day business people are involving in illegal activities.

So, present days its some more difficult to find ethics in business.

Business ethics is a subset of ethics. Business ethics is a specialized study of moral right and wrong in the business arena. It focuses on moral standards and rules as they specifically apply to business strategies and choices, policies and rules, business institutions and organizational behavior. Business ethics is the science of values and principles in business exchanges.

Business ethics (also corporate ethics) is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations.

Business ethics has both normative and descriptive dimensions. As a corporate practice and a career specialization, the field is primarily normative. Academics attempting to understand business behavior employ descriptive methods. The range and quantity of business ethical issues reflects the interaction of profit-maximizing behavior with non-economic concerns.

Nowadays the definition of business has become receiving profit at the cost of goods and services. But how good would this line be that the definition of business is receiving enormous satisfaction at the cost of services and goods provided? Profit might not last longer but satisfaction will throughout. So I guess following ethics in everything will help us achieve the purpose of life.
