Positive Attitude and not Knowledge is required for Business Success

In my view knowledge is the wagon wheel for success in business. But no businessman has tasted success without facing failure. It is about having a positive attitude and learning from the failures to attain unforeseeable heights in business. Knowledge instills confidence and positive attitude retains that confidence of a businessman.

I would like to support my argument with one of richest men ever born. Sam Walton had an economic crisis when bankers refused to lend him money, and some of his product suppliers created a credit crisis for him when they forced him to agree to pay cash on delivery before they would ship products to his stores.

It seemed everyone lacked confidence in his business strategy at a time when he needed to count on their support the most. For Sam Walton to succeed, in those early and difficult days, took a singularity of focus, passionate leadership, and a never say die attitude.

So I would like to conclude by saying that gain knowledge, work hard and have a positive outlook in business and money will kiss your feet.

I agree positive attitude play a vital role for successful business but without knowledge it will not affect. You can take a daily life example, sometime you stuck in a problem but you consider that it can't be solved.

In this case when you gave up hope in beginning then definitely it will not be solve. There is the concept of positive attitude where this work. But if you have hope but don't have any knowledge or skills how to do, then also no benefit.

So overall initially positive attitude is necessary but for action need knowledge.

It's true that both are needed but, positive attitude is an innate characteristics while knowledge is acquired with a positive attitude, one can always acquire the knowledge he desires within a space of time. Presently, we need attitudinal change more than knowledge because, with positive attitude the country would be a better place.

Hello, everyone, this is Saravana from Chennai. I would like to discuss this topic. Knowledge is nothing but the power of success. We have good knowledge mean to understand the level of business activity to solve the errors keep a positive attitude. Just simply says without knowledge is nothing can be done but the sometimes luck plays to upgrade your life & business but you can't keep it long. Because you are not having a knowledge mean. So both are very required in business pace. For an instance, in a real life, a man having good business but he is not educated and not much knowledge also how it's possible because he is having good management experience.

According to me, a positive attitude is a different thing and knowledge is a different thing. A positive attitude is required everywhere, whatever it is. If don't have a positive attitude he/she will not be able to go ahead. If I don't have a positive attitude I can't start any work, may be started but can't continue and knowledge is different things. Knowledge comes power. Without knowledge, people cannot get confidence. Knowledge is very essential in any area that I want to do. For example, I have always a positive attitude I want to work and give my full efforts but I don't have knowledge then it is not possible to start any business. So according to me positive attitude and knowledge both required to get business success.

I don't know English well but I want to participate in this discussion. Positive attitude is always gives encourage to the any person. And knowledge will give the best place and how to get the best position in our society. So those two qualities are also more important in our life and also in business. Attitude is important to business. Because business can maintain through our mentality. Knowledge is also important but attitude causing to increase the business profitability and control the loss.

Attitude carry's 60% in everything, be it personal life, job, or your business. Knowledge of something DOES NOT automatically translate into positive attitude.

Example1: If I have money and have no knowledge in a particular business, but have a positive attitude towards good managers, investors etc. They could make my business grow and grow.

Example 2: I do not have knowledge in construction, but because of my attitude towards honesty and motivation of people, I now have a small business with artisans who construct houses for people outside my country.

Last example; everyone has knowledge in eating, but there are manners in eating at dinner, we have a lot of people even professors, not having positive attitude towards table manners. SO I GIVE POSITIVE ATTITUDE MORE POINTS THAN KNOWLEDGE. I can give several examples including market women who have very bad attitude towards their customers and as a result loosing Pure cash.

Knowledge is a key for success. Indeed, what matters is the way we respond to the situation which can lead to success. One may reach or might have reached to the pillars of life he or she is looking for. That does not mean that he/she is fully knowledgeable, but rather he/she has something good in his/her mind that changed the world around him/her. I have a lot of friends and classmates since my school-undergraduate to postgraduate classes who have deep knowledge on sciences and techs, but living the life they don't deserve. What does this mean to an average minded human being. It is a matter of finding out which personality one has from the very nature to succeed.
