Positive Attitude and not Knowledge is required for Business Success

For a business, both knowledge and positive attitude is important, both have different role in business, for a business, one should keep the positive attitude and knowledge, suppose you have lot of knowledge and don't have positive attitude, then no use of your knowledge, you always thinks of negative point and if you have a positive attitude and no knowledge, then no need of your positive attitude because you will not able to take the decision without the knowledge of that area, so as I think both have an important role for a business then only you will be success in your business.

As per my opinion, Business Success can be achieved when Knowledge is used in the proper direction with a positive attitude. Knowledge can be said to be the Source of an business idea and Positive attitude is the flow which takes this knowledge in the vast ocean of business challenges. To overcome the challenges in planning and implementing any business strategy an ocean of knowledge needs to be digested which can be applied as and when required. Positive attitude offcourse is equally important as no stone can turn out to be a diamond unless it is polished in the hands of a Johari.

Both knowledge and confidence goes hand in hand. Just being confident won't take you anywhere. You must have at-least basic knowledge of the business you want to start.

Knowledge will help an individual to understand the pros and cons of a business whereas confidence will help to think in a positive way.

If you have knowledge and know how to implement it, positive attitude comes automatically.

I think positive attitude is more important compared to knowledge because one who has positive attitude paves his way towards knowledge by engaging into activities. So he learns by involving himself into something or with somebody. One who has positive attitude might not have the bookish knowledge but has the street smartness to tackle difficult situations.

In practical situations knowledge comes handy when we are climbing the ladder from a lower level to a middle level but after that its the attitude which makes the difference. So people who are really successful have the right attitude and as far as knowledge is concerned one can always outsource it.

According to my point of view both are required for the business but the preference may vary without knowledge we may not enter in to business so I prefer knowledge first because we may enter in to an company there is an interview and the 1st round itself aptitude they test the knowledge 1st then only they come to know our attitude so that both are important but the preference is to be different.

As we know that we are(India) the second largest population of the world and is apple of eye for whole of the world, now a days, it not only due to positive attitude only but essential knowledge is also required the run the show. Business to be dealt with courage and zeal will result into successful completion of mission. Hence, we can say the positive attitude and knowledge is complementing each other for success to any Business.

Positive attitude and little knowledge is important for business , the person should have atleast knowledge about their business that is how they can earn in that business?, and how to manage the loss? . for this positive attitude alone is not enough.

I appreciate your views and as per my opinion both are equally important. First of all we describe the word knowledge "it means a thing which is we know perfectly" and positive attitude means "Always thinking Positive" and showing positive attitude towards any thing. In a business we need to Positive attitude and Knowledge to bring profit of the business. Suppose if we are thinking negative then we are not able to gain knowledge. If we are thinking positive then we can gain knowledge and put it in practical level. Positive attitude and knowledge is like two eyes if we wanted to visualize the vision we have to use two eyes.

According to my opinions, until or unless you don't have adequate knowledge about your field you can't be successful in business. At least base should be very strong. Rest of the things you can adopt just by experience. So, I insist on having smart knowledge about your field, positive attitude will automatically come. Because only with knowledge you can be more confident and you can put across your ideas, your views more confidently.

Being a positive is like a candle in dark which attracts freaky mosquitos.
