Our Culture is Decaying

In my opinion, our culture is not decaying at all, in fact it is becoming more adoring and is leading us to the top. Our culture is just inheriting some good points of other cultures like providing education to girls which is a plus point for our country. So our culture is a colorful blend of different cultures respecting and following it's own culture too.

I think the culture is not decaying.

I'm not insulting our culture but just acknowledging that the changes that come in our culture are good and are not decaying but making our culture more beautiful.

Yes, our culture is decaying. In our earlier age if guests arrive in the house they wish them and treats them in a very proper manner but nowadays we can see that if the guest or their own parent arrives home they keep on playing in mobile or tab etc. This really shows that our culture is decaying.

I don't feel that our culture is decaying. Yes, it is changing but for good. People now have their own choice, they are able to do things which we were not able to do before. The doping of Indian culture with western our European culture in a good manner is not at all bad. Now, we are free and still Indian. The culture is not decaying us it is just bringing a few changes that our leading us to the top. We are now on the top posts of the world only because we are able to interact that we didn't use to do earlier. This change which is present in all of us is just because of the few changes that came because of western culture. Women are on top because we changed the thinking that women are just good as housewives only.

I'm not insulting our culture but just acknowledging that the changes that came in our culture are good and are not decaying but making it more beautiful. That is why India is the fastest growing country in the world.

My point of view, states that Indian culture is not decaying. Our culture taught us to bow in front of elders as a sign of respect. To treat our guests with respect ' athithi devo Bava' to help the poor and needy. To chant God's name and meditate in silence. I do believe blend of Indian and western culture is good because now I can see woman going for education, they are just not confine to kitchen. Equal respect for human beings irrespective of caste greed and gender. Freedom in thoughts is also important. Dressing sense never really matters. Rightly said never judge a book by its cover so even a person with western dress might have respect for his homeland. It's not always the outward appearance but the inside you which matters by your thoughts words and actions. There may be people who are decaying it but they are not necessarily the ones with broad minded thoughts.

It is our only culture who welcomes every single person to openly share his thoughts, and makes changes for themselves according to his/her own comfort. It is only our culture who taught to bow down to our elders. And it is our culture which says do change if the change is good for you and for society. And it is our culture who says to change a society you have to change yourself irst, on your mind level. Swami Vivekananda says" for you own and nation growth you have to adopt Indian culture but also have to learn from Western how they open in their thoughts, decisions, innovations, and in equality". So clothes and web are not decaying our culture, our culture depends on our own thoughts and who we really are.

Conclusion- our culture is not decaying, it is upon us to make our culture more better than it is.

Hi friends, our culture is decaying in my point of view.Indian culture is much more better than the other countries because our dress code, foods, culture is totally varied from my country. So I say my culture is always better.

Indian culture is the worst culture of all and I don't see any reason why we follow it. We should inspire people who are adopting western culture. Video games are really super cool and I don't know why people play outside. Indian "classical" dances are really boring and western dance is really cool. I mean, who likes kathak and Bharatnatyam. West part of the world is the best part of the world.

I feel its a question of changing behavior of the average person in our society. These days people have become more selfish and there is a tremendous lack of empathy for other people, for the society. Back in old days people fought to protect their family, country and god. These days its just total and absolute addiction to entertainment and fun seeking activities and temporary gratification of senses. I have nothing against all of this, but for entertainment and fun to become the sole focus of living, that's what is disturbing. Another worrying trend is that these days people in general just can't seem to get along with each other. It seems that stress and tension and quarreling over insignificant issues has become a constant factor in the daily life of the average person. As a direct result of this people are now more distant and divided from each other and more self-centered. People prefer online communication more via internet/mobile than real face to face communication. The human bonding that is the adhesive of a strong and healthy society is fast evaporating. I feel people should wake up to the fact they are being distracted by endless entertainment and divided by petty quarrels. All of this may sound negative bit I feel this is what is actually happening and this is certainly not our way of living and definitely not our culture.

Yes, definitely it's decaying.

When I was young I used to play games lock and key chess but now kids use to play with video games.

Second thing the dressing sense of man and women have changed. Day by day its getting shorter.

Trade of joint family have been declined.

And if we opt western culture. Where the people see with by bad way. Or the intention is wrong. Because they haven't seen this culture.
