Need for Good Leaders in India

India has capability to involve in a list of developed countries that is why India requires good leadership and also good leaders who can mold our economy in fastest growing phase.

According to me, we require an educated leader who takes the right decisions in a difficult situation and know what should do. Every field has some education criteria to enter but only in politics, there are no education criteria. Everyone can enter in politics. I don't understand this logic because our economy is totally based on politics and their decision. If a politician will illiterate how the person can capable to take the right decisions regarding our economy and for the entire nation. So India really needs good leadership and good leaders.

My name is Kirtika Sinha. Yes, I feel that India needs a good leader for our young generations. Things are going to be complicated but our leaders just said we will doing something. The leaders who got their position because of us forgot our needs or requirement they only remember one thing they have this position only for 5 years so maintain their bank balance for life long for their child and what about us. We have to choose that person who will not the son of any politician, not any celebrity. We select the person who has the knowledge about the importance of youngster and courage to do something for them because we have to know that if youngster move forward then country move forward and development will occur.

Now India is developing day by day but it is not fully developed like the foreign countries such that USA, Japan, China etc. Because it doesn't have a leader which has the great spirit to organise a country as a leader. So, India should need such type of leader who has the following qualities.

First of all a leader should be educated and he has the capacity to judge what is wrong and what is right. Then he should take the oath not to be a corrupted person and to eradicate the corruption from India because corruption is the main cause by which India will go down.

Then to be a good leader, he must to be more familiar with the people and he has to make good relationship with the other.

Yes! of course there is a need of good leaders in India who just not talk but have the ability to execute ideas. There are great leaders in India but they are always in the risk of getting suppressed from the negative vibes of their colleagues as well as the society. It is well said that there are "wise people who talk because they know something & there are others who has to talk something." from the education system to the safety of every individual, from elimination of caste discrimination to the suicide rates & many issues has to be taken care of. With this hope, the society is waiting for a single spark that will burn every negativity from the society as well as from politicians.

I think India needs more educated and pragmatic leaders rather than the ones sentimentally and ideologically attached to the people of India. The ideological leaders are more attached to the people of India but it does not necessarily mean that they will be equally effective in leading the nation. This is so because today , India needs growth in its sectors and needs to make an equal impact in the international sphere. I think the leader's post would be more effectively held by people who excel in international relations or economics and trade. I admit that the ideological leaders are important but India now needs developement of the people more than dedication to the people.

Nowadays who are coming politicians from celerity and money backgrounds?

Like creating a new sense against religion and poor and rich people and needing more nieces like opposite parties. Even not done most of politicians inter. First of all, we don't good education, actually, sometimes education is practically like labs and experiments labs. We don't have a great health facility which is there it's only for rich people.

First, we need to change don't sell your vote to anyone. Any leaders come to try to avoid free schemes it will not help us it will increase the daily usage grocery. Free schema applies to health insurance and good education.

Really only a politician can develop our country no its wrong firstly we should try and give our best.

The system of our India is the worst but one thing rights are not that what we get right are that what we deserve. So we have a complete right to do something for a country.

Today at the stage in our country the only requirement is a good thinking.

There are lots of problems in our country that are water scarcity, food problems, place problems there is a big idea if there would be different sectors for different works for development it would be good I think so.

A politician can only have a change by only one thing that is politics.

Of course, we need good leaders for our country. Firstly, there is a need to eliminate corruption. At present, in our country, almost all the politicians are fond of money and looting people. A good leader should serve the people without expecting anything from them.

All the politicians should made a restrict laws to empower the literacy rate in our country. To decline the poverty line there is a need for good politician. To enhance more employment opportunities there should be development in industrial sector.

Mainly a good leader should focus more on women empowerment and security. So, finally there is a need for good leaders to enlighten our country.

Everyone wants a good leader, BUT no one wants to be a good leader. This is the fate of INDIA today. Every educated people wants to be a good doctor, good engineer etc., they are not willing to be good politician Because the only reason is "POLITICS IS CORRUPTED, THEY ARE MONEY MINDED PEOPLE".

Dear Readers don't have that attitude. If you are capable of doing some good things to people don't hesitate, come to politics. I know that there is no space for good people but somehow manage it and work hard for people. INDIA really needs that. YOU will be REMEMBERED by people till the mankind lives.

In my point of view we should need good leader for our country/society. Because of some reasons our India still remain developing country. In our country most of people think about their life, happiness and family. They don't care about others. In election time they elect people who gave more money than other.

We have to know who is suitable for leader position. Another point is let say one good person came into politics. After some years he defiantly change and corrupt. Because of our Indian politics are like that. We are the people of india, we have to save our country. It is our duty to elect good leader for our nation.
