Need for Good Leaders in India

We need good leaders in India as there is poverty and no employment in India. We are still able to see a lot of beggars who are waiting for food and money.

If India is a developing country still a lot of issues are there that need to take resolved by the government.

As there is unemployment is there and a lot of graduates searching for jobs.

There is a necessity to take care of the education system.

My opinion is if there is a good leader then there is no people searching for food and a job at outside.

Conclusion: The leader has the courage to raise things and with smartness solve the issues and the main thing change the system.

Now a days proximate all the person think that any body can to be a leader but to be good leader is very difficult because a good leader is who has positively thought? They have ability to take right decisions at any moment.

Right now our country need a good leader because our country is lack of a good leader. It is not mean that a good leader is simple and their dress up is simply and behavior. They only know about their thought and their mentality. So for developing our country.

It is necessary need to a good leader in all region whatever it is not only election. It required in the all field.

In today's scenario, every individual assumes him/her as a leader in the sense that he/she wants to explore by experimentation rather than situations in past where people go behind a single ideology/person. This applies to most of the urbanised localities, whereas in rural areas still identification of self-leadership is not given an opportunity. So, to sum up, a good leader in today's context would be a person who is able to accustom with the self-leaders, shape them up and grow along with them. So, the need for good leaders would be to identify and respect self-ideologies, integrate them and show them the path forward.

In my point of view, that India has need good leaders. Good leaders means to solve the problems of the people and to meet the problems of the people.

India is a developing country. That India has so many cultures and systems.

In olden days our national leaders fought for India for the cause of independence. So that India must need a good leaders.

Good leaders to India means prime minister not our politician leaders. They work for their parties not for the sake of people.

So, I conclude that India developing country should be lead by the good leaders which will run our future in the better way.

Well according to me, there is a need of good leaders in our country. All we need the leader to be honest and capability to understand the need of the society. I like to have a woman as a leader. So that, she can make a better India. First of all, women should be given equal opportunities and respect by the men. The good leader should take immediate action on a crime person.

All the politicians should made a restrict laws to empower the literacy rate in our country. To decline the poverty line there is a need for good politician. To enhance more employment opportunities there should be development in industrial sector.

Yeah, in my opinion of course we need a good leader because today our country is fully loaded by the corruption, casteism, turmoil and this will just happen because of leaders of our country so that they remained in power. And we will get trapped in this well plotted plan by their unctuous (flatter).

So we need a true leader one who can lead this country well who is honesty, characteristics & gave free from such a bull shit problem which today mass are facing and this will just occur when we people get alert and raised and voted to such a person.

So first we need to change so that the environment changed.

We should need a good leader for our country. At present many problems from politicians. We should need a good leader for our society. There are so many people are coming forward for to help their society. But these leaders are not trying to give a chance to others. Because these politicians want power, money and other backgrounds. And other common people wants to develop their country.

In our country many peoples are trying to develop. Our real leaders are those who are fought from freedom like: Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indhira Gandhi, and others. These are the real good leaders for our country.

Well, it is nice to hear your points about Good leaders. A leader means the person who leads from the front, the other people should follow the person, because we the citizen are decided him to lead us. If he leads the correct way our nation will move in peace, uncorrupted, crimeless and we can make a happy life. But if he leads in a wrong way its future effect will be bad we lose our peace, we want face bribe hiring officers and our nation will be an example for how a nation should not be like. So a good leader can make a healthy and wealthy future. But a bad leader takes our nation to a disaster.

I want to start with the quote given by Nelson Mandela " Education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world" In my opinion a good leader should embark moral principles and values. For that institution plays a significant role. As we see and experience how we had transforms and taught in our school and colleges. They lack moral teaching for the good conduct of our life and for the society as a whole. Good grades don't make us good human we need to change our education system so that the young leaders have enough leadership qualities. Value education will do to make a good leader.

Well yes, definitely India is in a great need of good leaders, because a good leader will definitely become a good guiding light for all of us. For a vast and dynamic country like India, we need a strong leader, who can take smart and conceivable decisions. India needs spirited leaders, who can take powerful decision, who can justify himself and his nation, who will never let anyone grease their hands from bribery, who has the courage to stands alone and fight even if everybody turns against him, India needs such leaders to bring enormously positive changes to this gigantic country.
