Myself Nandu first of all thanks for sharing your views in my view women empowerment is not necessary because in present day world women are competing mens in almost all the fields. So it is not necessary to empower them in the place of that we have to provide security to women. Better we should invest in that it would be more helpful.

As per my opinion, women quota bill should be there for women empowerment. Many of here are saying today's situation is changed, men and women are equal, but guys large portion women population is still not educated.
They are just doing cooking and taking care of their children. Still In our society many people consider women as their slaves.

I think this is good for country according to you it is right that you can seperated by reservation and you feel them that they are not stronger.
But think guys. If there is not reservation quota for women number of poor women's not try atleast for ones time this is reality of village. So due to reservation quota I think they are doo thinking to try herself for ones time.

Hai this is Lokesh.
In my opinion women empowerment is not necessary because all are equal in the eyes of law. And another reason is we are degrading them by giving separate quota for them. They have to prove himself.
Now a days they are giving strong competition to the boys. They are growing in all the fields. It is not a way to encourage them.

Hello everyone,
Myself Puja. According to my point of view Constitution of India assuring its citizens equality among them. So men and women are same. So there is no need of any reservation as reservation shows that they are not same to men. They are strong and need a proper system of security and laws not reservation.

It bill is good for following reason:
1) This will bring equality for both sex.
2) To have the pace with world or to lead them it is necessary.
3) Our population of both the sex is valuable. So utilisation of the same will be beneficiary.
4) This will bring legally equality.
5) There is no area remain where opposite sex can not done better.
6) Technology has increased so does the education and so does the empowerment of women.
So to empower the women and to provide respect in our society.

According to my point of view there is no necessity for quota bill for women empowerment. In India both girls and boys are equal there is no need of the quota these days. If we want that then there is no women empowerment for sure.
We have to change ourselves and way of thinking this is the only route for the women empowerment and allow them to whatever they want that's what the real empowerment is try to stop this type of discrimination.

Hi this is Keerthi.
According to my opinion in this present system girls are equal to boys in all aspects. As India is a Democratic country, and shows equality between boys and girls so I think there is no requirement of special reservations for girls.

In a country where unemployment is such a big issue, yet another implementation of quota in employment field be like closing doors for the youth of general categories specially. I believe, jobs should be completely based on merit.
Women empowerment is something I believe in, but reservation can be made in the field of education, politics, and more.

Everyone should have equal rights in everywhere. I don't thing why still many people understand that women are weak than man. Now a days they are being equal to man. For Eg: Sunita Viliams. They should be given equal opportunity in each sector.
