So, today we are talking about bill for women empowerment. Saying that passing this bill only proves that women in this country are really weaker we cannot neglect this fact that since, the childhood women in our country are not treated same as our men.

Like in most of our middle class families parent's like to send their boy's in a better school then women because they find them as their sticks when they got older. I think dowry system is also a one reason, why people in our country don't want a women to be born on their houses.

Love marriages are seen like a sin in our country, so, in order to prevent this sin parent's don't like to send their daughters for higher studies (this point may look's silly to many participant's but it's true and I myself seen this in my own family).

Well, from the above point's it has been proved that women are not weaker by birth but they are made weaker when they went through their life cycle. In my opinion quota should be present for women why? Because undoubtedly women today are able to excel in almost all fields of life. Then whether it be banking sector, science or sports, but these are rare cases. Women has the capability bit still the mindset of the society has not changed much.

Still certain elements in the country are pushing the women backwards. To change this mindset it is important that women be given the reservations so that they can get a platform and chance to actually prove themselves.

Hai friends this is Bhavani in my opinion reservations are necessary. Reservation plays an important role in bringing the women of the country forward as they play an insignificant role in general affairs.

In my opinion reservation for women would only prove that they are weak.

We observe that in every educational institution girls equally compete with the boys and many a time they are better.

Moreover, the reservation some times might do injustice to those men who would actually work better for that position.

What we must concentrate doing is proving education to those in rural areas. If the education to both the genders is equally given, I am sure that there would be equal number of men and women working in the society.

Hi, I think reservation for the girls is not necessary. Because in olden days we saw women are able do their job very sincerely we have example: LAXMI BAI, RAJIYA SULTAN, CHAND BB. But only the problem is that no stood up in their favor.

Only problem is mentality of our society and their thinks. Even in olden days even women are do want to support woman capability, they always go through their patriarch. According to my point of view I definitely feel that there should be a quota specially for women reservation women has to be encouraged in many situations she is suppressed by the men in most of the field if she is given a chance she can implement the polices regarding women much better than men she can understand the problems of women and she can implement accordingly if we see the present scenario even after the enactment of nirbhaya act the cases on women is still increasing and it has to be stopped immediately if we take the example of IPS officer swathi lakra she has implemented she teams and different apps for safety and security of women as its now that men can't play this role but if it managed by women it would be much better so to give opportunity for women quota bill is necessary for the development of women.

According to me reservation system is beneficial in some of the aspects whereas on the other way round it is not so important because all those people who really need these kinds of systems are actually deprived of it. They are not fully accessible to these kinds of system. In urban areas where the situation is much more better than villages there the people are making use of it for example.

In many DU colleges 2 to 4 % cut off has been left for girls. Though their is no as such need to do so because these girls are educated enough to stand for their own selves and fight for their right. Instead of reservation laws for the security and safety of women should be implemented. This itself will only bring a great change in society.
