From my point of view classroom education creates more managerial skills, we learn all type of theoretical knowledge from our classroom, if we are not knowing anything about the subject, we can't practice in our work. Because of that there are many business schools to bring future managers from there we can easily learn how to handle a situation, what all things we need to do when we become a manager.

My opinion on this topic is that even though theoretical knowledge is important for proper knowledge of the job. Field experience is more important as it teaches you how to handle problems and unexpected situations which are not taught to you in a book and by tackling the unexpected problem we learn how to deal with a real-life scenario rather than just knowing what was taught to you in a book.

Indeed, yes skills never match when they are taught in classrooms subject which is taught to analyze the outer world, but in the real world its everything different as we listen though skills we develop is extremely different and they gonna different from the others. Well, we all study bookish knowledge only to know how managers deal their skills in the corporate sector.

I won't accept that "managerial skills learnt in the classroom never match those learnt from experience". The skills learnt in the classroom are basic fundamentals and "they are the first best experience that we face". Definitely there will be a match, but on the analytical ability of the person he use to analyse the situation based on the classroom learnt skills with experience.

Personally, I feel that there should be no comparison between managerial skills learned in the classroom and those learned via experience. Because both fill in the gaps and enrich one's personality.
The skills we learn in class are put to use in real-world circumstances, and vice versa. Instead of comparing, we must recognise that both methods are naturally correlated.

I would say that managerial skills could be developed only if one tries to tackle the situation effectively where ever one is and what ever the situation is. This could be learn t even in class or at any place, experience would however betters ones performance or skill.
But we cannot say that the class room managerial skills would dominate the real world experiences.

Hi I would be so happy to start a conversation on the topic "Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience"
It is a true statement since what ever you study in the class room they are only theoretical when the time comes to face the world it would be so different. Only experience can show you the real world.

Yes I agree with you Ranu. Unless a kid is taught how to walk on the floor, how can he climb the steps. So classroom learning is very essential before one is exposed to the real world situations. Through this, one can get to know a lot about what decisions are to be made at different situations.
It only depends on what way the student takes them.

Skills are not only learned in class rooms, through out our life we keep getting knowledge and skills even if we don't go to schools. Some of the biggest business people have not studied in classrooms but Remember they have studied by themselves from their surroundings. As all the people does not have this ability we should have classroom skills.

As both are at their place in this real world. Where both theoretical and real-life experiences are needed. But the managerial life that we learn in the real world is too good in comparison to classroom knowledge.
As the book provides us the theories the real world provides us with experience on so both have their important role in student life.
