I am sure that the classroom knowledge or skills can't match the experience of learning but the main point is classroom knowledge is base for the corporate journey and becoming successful in the real world and applying managerial skills classroom knowledge gives a base to gaining experience in the real-world for making better output from the managerial learning providing learning session from both classroom teachers a real words entrepreneur or who working after the management learning it will help for better learning.

@Nishant Kumar.
You are talking about Dhirubhai Ambani but have you think of Lakshmi Mittal the 6th Richest Man in the world and you will be astonished to find that he is only a commerce graduate still he make it to the top. He didn't Join B-School or Management Institution. What I means to say that it Live Experience that can attain you to a greater height your Fundamental knowledge from classroom can only helps you in understand the basics but only practical knowledge ca step you to ladder of success.

It's very true my friends that "Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience", but never forget that for practical experience we need some theoretical background that can be gain only in classroom.
You can compare to person one who had some background knowledge with him will learn more fast than the one who is deprived of it. So I believe that experience sharpens your knowledge and give shine to it but classroom knowledge is equally important.

The outer world is full of challenges at different levels and of different types.
Managerial skills learned in classes conducted can give you a sort of support but practicality is something different i.e the situation act as a conflict for manager.
In the present scenario, it is the mentality of a manager how wisely he takes steps to tackle the challenges and how he satisfies everyone. A manager is totally known: When according to stimulus how he implies his skills.

As my opinion, if you have theoretical knowledge then you can able to explain what you are doing but if you have experience in that particular subject then you can perform better and do that work efficiently.
For ex: If you are learning swimming and you have attended so many swimming classes but in practical you will be failed to swim but after practicing and knowing your difficulties you can able to do better. So for being successful both are important.

Hi everyone, I believe that classroom knowledge is as much important as experience because skill and technique can be implemented to the real work can be taught in classroom only. No one can directly start working until and unless his or her base is made strong so we cannot ignore class room education. But yes, experience is also important as the same because it will teach to tackle the real situation what is happening in the real world.

I think managerial skills taught in classroom for some purpose. Because these are define by the expertise. The managerial skills we learnt in class room can help in our practical life. And it is true that " Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience". Because experience comes from practical things which always taught a lesson to us. And lesson is more important than theoretical thoughts.

Friends, according to me, whatever you study in a classroom is going to be made practical in the real world. Learning will teach you how to behave in a professional world, and how the best manager could be,
If you don't have proper managerial skills then it becomes difficult to work.
So, I think that learning and then experiencing it is very important because if you have knowledge but cannot implement it then it is of no use.

The managerial skills learned in the classroom are much more different from the skills that are learned from experience. The skills based on the classroom are on a very small level but these can act as a base for skills that we learn from experience. The skills with experience are precisely known because these skills are known by the decisions we make wrong. The impact of these skills on our lives is much more different.

Of course experience speaks for itself. How can one really complete an experiment by just studying about it and not practically implementing and getting involved.
I haven't seen a person achieve zenith in his/her field without handling or rather experiencing a particular situation. Moreover No person can tackle just on the base of studying a particular theory and as such experiencing in real is needed.
