In my opinion, those who have experience in managerial skills can be a good manager because they have done it practically on the other hand classroom experience is just theoretical until unless you apply the skills in real life you wouldn't know how to be a good manager.

According to me managerial skills that learnt in classroom are the basics for live experience.without knowing the theoritical knowledge it is difficult to handle the situation.so I agree that the managerial skills that learnt in classroom can match the live experience.

Hi, friends, I am very happy to convey my thought with you.
In my point of view, the managerial skills half of the part only learnt in the classroom. Once we try to apply in any field. In the first time, they got failed and that time experience will teach you.

Dear Team,
I agreed with Mr. Jayabaskar, when I have started my career after Graduation, I have faced lots of problem, because that was my 1st job and I realized that experience is more important compare with the class room studies.

According to me,"experience is the best way to achieve the target because whatever studying in the class rooms those are just for understanding not for in practical way. but experience is the assets for the knowledge.

If we don't have knowledge of theory we can't do practicals. Firstly Managerial skills is necessary. At least little bit knowledge of Managerial skills so that we can convert into experience.

Managerial skills only learn on experience. What ever we learn in the classroom that is useful to our classroom but not useful in other places. Experience to gain knowledge.
