Is the Business of Business only Business?

In my opinion, business of business is not the business, I may sound bit unorthodox but I will justify it. Business is done by the peoples, for the peoples. A successful firm would be that whose employees are happy, if we are able to satisfy the needs of our staffs then they would be happy and consequently they will work more attentively.

In today's market we can see that a shampoo is of 1 rupee and is of 100 rupees also, why the are doing so, the primary objective is to be in the reach of people and accomplish their needs then only a corporate firm can grow, since the firm will grow, therefore economy status of India would also rise. And Plenty of job opportunities will arise swiftly. Ultimately every firm look for the benefits of the organisation which is a good policy, because only then industries can get success. It's not only the achievements of corporate world but the success of Peoples.

In my view business of business is not just business. Because every organisation wants to survive in this competitive world. And to survive they need to satisfy their customers.

So, their aim should be first on customers. What are the requirements of customers? what they are expecting from us? how can be the requirements can be fulfilled? these are some attributes that makes a company reputed one.

If a company satisfies their customer then profit will automatically increase. It very important to make customer happy. Because they are their livelihood. A reputed company always takes care of their customers. That takes the organisation to higher level.

According to me, A business of business is not only the business, it is the game of cards how to play in particular situation, to win the game.

First of all, business of business is only business it is not correct why. All of you know business man earn more profit the business but customer and society developments also depend on it. Then is better a business man not only profit but also country developments.

In my opinion the business of business is only business. Other activities like showing ethics or portraying Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are means to maintain goodwill and thereby attracting more customers. Which in turn is nothing but pure business. Tatas or Jindals will spend money on charity but they would make sure that the same get fructified in long run.

In my view I like to add up some point. Business is the place where we going to learn more about the business as well as risk management. Business is business is not only business because it gives importance to stakeholder that is employees government financial institution etc.

And first priority goes to customer because customer is a king of the market if business organisation is ready to satisfy the needs and demand of the customer he can live longer time in the market. Business must not be profit motive.

None of the relations in the nature or human society can exist if it's not bound to mutual interests. As for even wild animals, tiny bacteria, plants everybody knows about the importance of mutual benefits. Business is certainly carried for making profits but in order to sustain for long time it must oblige itself to customer satisfaction and the demands of the society. Any example of successful business shows that it was able to satisfy amply. So we see that business of business is more than just business.

However while observing the hitherto trends, money that is profit that is the prime motto of business is of top most importance. So even the social work is a disguised form of business held by the business firms. So even ratan tata aims at providing educational institutes or a nano to say. His motto is invariably profit. In this point of view we can say for a businessman its only business but in order to make itself more profitable it has to go beyond business.

Business of business is not only business because the business is running only for profit motive then it will not sustain in this large society and the person who starts the business he should mind the following matters.

In which place we want to start the business.

Its useful to the customers or not and that product has demand or not.

For doing our business we must use the resources of the society. So inturn we must do something for society now a days which the industries are neglecting by using the techniques which harmful to humans, plants and animals. We must consider our staff welfare because they are the pillars to our business, we must concentrate on the quality of our product then only the customer satisfy and get interest to buy it. So business is not for profit motive.

In current emerging and compitative market no business can able to survive by the motive of profit only. If they think about only profits and not for the customers than society as a whole reject the product and its become a reasoning of the failure of the business.

Concept of CSR is adopted by many companies in all over world only because they know that today buyer is the king of the market.

There are choices for the customers for a similer product. If one company which supply product only with the motive of profit compete with another having CSR policy, surely the later one will be winner.

Business entities are using the resources of the society so they are responsible for society for fullfiling their need by earning a reasonable level of profits.

So business of business is not only business.

Hello friends, listening to everyone views as customer satisfaction, social welfare, quality maintenance all are the part of business. Business obviously means minimizing cost for maximizing profit. This is all possible through customer satisfaction which is one of the most important pillar of business. And for profit generation one should keep on mind about social responsibilities as well so that no one could be against the business. Hence if customer and societies are in favor of business, there is profit. So, business of business is only business.
