In my opinion, I feel that electric vehicles are the future of transportation especially when it comes to roadways. Yes, its expansion comes with a lot of challenges for eg charging stations also it's a bit in a higher price range as compared to the normal petrol or diesel vehicles. In metropolitan cities of India, its adaptation will be swift but in the rural areas will take a bit of time by the end of the decade I am sure that our country will be one of the biggest electric vehicles in the world.

Thank You.

Hello everyone.

In my point of view, India is not ready for Electrical Vehicles. Because of the following reasons.

1. Electrical Vichles cost are very expensive.
2. Charging stations are not available in rural areas.
3. India is a developing country, hence roads here are not suitable for Electric vehicles.
4. We can not travel long distances, it is a major drawback thereof.

Hi Everyone, though I feel their is a big need for India to move on to Electric Vehicles it is not at all the right time I feel. If u ask their is a need ? Yes. Is India Ready? No. Why?

1. Do we have enough power stations with enough capacity to charge these vehicles if we replace fuel driven ones by the ones powered by electricity ?

2. Can we use electricity that much without running out of it ? If India is able to properly make electricity out of renewable sources, Yes we can. But for that we have to first work on developing Electricity generation economically, viable and easily through renewable sources first.

3. Are the electric vehicles ready for the Indian customers ? I don't think so.

Recently I have heard my friends and colleague's continuously complaining on how their is a need to repair or do some kind of work on the electric vehicles on a very frequently basis to make that machine work the way it is supposed to be.

India is on the path to becoming ready for electric vehicles, but the transition will take time. While significant progress has been made in policy support, industry investment, and consumer awareness, challenges like infrastructure development, affordability, and grid capacity need to be addressed.

With continued government support, private sector innovation, and public acceptance, India is poised to become a major player in the global EV market in the coming years.

Hi all, I agree that India is ready to take up electric vehicles. But there are few things where we should be concentrating on like charging stations, power backups and over heating of the vehicles.

On priority 1 India should consider installing a charge station in every petrol bunk. Power banks also should be developed so incase if the vehicle is out of charging then it can run using a power backup until the vehicle reaches a charge station. The manufacturing companies also should consider on overheating of the electric vehicles and come up with good solutions.

But as of now for shorter distances the electric vehicles can be used. This also helps in decreasing the pollution.

In my opinion, India is not ready for using electronic vehicles yet. Bcs road is not in a proper condition to use ev. And maintance is also difficult. Cost is also too much hight which is not affordable for everyone. And even if you want to go long digstance. So petrol is easly available. But 6 and 7-hour charging totally difficult for us.

Good morning to all!

As we all know electric vehicle is good for the environment and eco-friendly.

It also does not produce any greenhouse gases, such as carbon monoxide. However, the lack of infrastructure for charging stations in India makes travelling longer distances challenging.

Sometimes due to the climatic conditions change it will produce fire accidents and create a very harmful situation.

So in my point of view, it is safe for the world but unsafe for the human.

Jai Hind all dear friend.

Electric vehicles are good for our environment as well as for our ecosystem.

Electric vehicles produce no emissions, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in urban areas. Also, electric vehicles are generally cheaper to run with lower fuel costs and lower maintenance costs.

But dear friends challenging face of electric vehicles is the lack of widespread charging infrastructure can make it difficult for electric vehicle owners to charge their vehicles on the go.

And also the limited range of electric vehicles can cause anxiety for drivers who need to travel long distances.

EV, as we know will help a lot in reducing pollution but they are costly & not soo speedy.

Every one requires speed for reaching there destination point earlier. And rich people are not going to drive these vehicles. Poor will do & they don't have much money for it. So when the drawbacks will be removed I think on that point India will be ready for electric vehicles.

In my opinion, India is ready for EVs.

It's better for IND which reduces the fuel.

And demand will increase to EVs it was wrong that it should be sold in sim low rates.

Its price was greater than our fuel prices and the EVs have some disadvantages that it doesn't have any sound while the EV running time you can't find any sound at night time it's difficult there having chanced if accident.
