Today we are going to discuss on the topic "Impact of technology on jobs".

Today we were work on advance technology which gives us many facilities like fast, less complex, easy to use. When new Technology comes then people who know it also get jobs. With the help of technology people can do job in any company from anywhere in the world.

Some jobs which people do is replace by technologies but it also gives accuracy, precision in our work. So, we see overall Technology increase number of jobs and do our work fast, precise and accurate.

As we are discussing in impact of technology on jobs. So as my one of above friend said that we are living in 21st century and every days he got a news that new technology has been discover or created by someone. So its good to hear that we have one more technology and we can use the benefits of this technology in our work. But when we use technology in at work than many or 30% people loss the own jobs just because of every Company wants to use technology in his works because as per the technology it will be smoothly instead of human works. As all know this thing but if everywhere technology will use than most of the people will loss the own jobs and it will be major issues in future as we want to use technology also in our life and its good to use this because having or its grow the daily knowledge buts as of my point of view technology will impact the jobs on high basis. For example: if TATA uses a technology to make a car at the time 25 people make this after technology use only 2 people will use so what about the rest people they have lost the job and they are jobless which is not good for our future.

Technology, nowadays, can be seen in every field. It is dynamic. It serves as a competitive advantage for companies. Technology brings efficiency thus reducing cost and price and increasing quality. Due to this, some companies are investing more in technology and reducing headcounts. So, Technology has led to fall in employment in certain sectors such as automobile. But there are certain other sectors where technology couldn't replace human beings like service sector, sales, etc. Also, to operate the technology, human beings are required. So, technology complement human beings. Also, country like India is labour intensive. So, more and more jobs are being created for people.

According to me technology can increase and can decrease number of jobs.

Mainly what technology is doing is it decreasing the effort of jobs.

Like in farming. Before introducing these harvesting machines. There are only people they does that job.

Ok these machines reducing the effort but about the jobs?

Now how can they survive?

Besides this, industrial technology.

This technicology is increasing the the number jobs every year by introducing different techonnology.

So what I want to say is some technologies increase the number of jobs and some ay decrrese the no Of jobs.

If technology impacts a job like labour work will reduce and because of that, they can't feed their family.

But as per my point of view, now they learn more about how they deal with their work previously and now what they have to do for the same job so as they learn and also became part of that new technology.

My opinion is on this topic is as we know we live in a modern world where everything automatic. Because the technology used in this era is to high. Technology makes us irresponsible and lazy. It plays a vital role in corporate world also. Every company needs a perfect employee who work for them according to their requirements. This is not possible with human. There technology used. Company replace the place of human with machine which is the great impact on job. Because machine are works 24 hrs without and tiredness.

In my opinion, technology leaves a huge impact on jobs. Firms/companies are organised because of the invention of new technology or present one, which opens the way of jobs. As an example, a company of an automobile organised who manufacture cars having a battery as a source of energy and the car can attend a speed of 100km and run a distance of 200 km in a single charged battery. So, it increases jobs in the market because this type of company grows much faster. But it demanded only educated people not people having certificates only.

If a person does not provide employment or does not work, then they want to develop themselves wanting technology. I do not say it but people should get a man to work. There is no technology going on here Where you or your country.

According to me, Technology industry impact, consequently jobs impacts creating a big discussing about educational, the global education system still educating our kids with the same content, the same way how to solve problems, the same mentality, like we still at the sec XlX, I see my kids learning the same content I study 40 years, recently I went to South America for a conference were the.

Minister of education in brazil and some private educational institutions discussed how to improve the education system? what jobs and positions will be required in 10, 20, 30 years?

What will be the new positions?
What will be the new industries?

And much more complex than it seems. I know, let me know if I can contribute a global study about the world's industries?

I think the faster-growing technology is creating a huge impact in our daily life and also in our work life. By automation of new things, time can easily be saved and the processing also becoming fast than the old technology. If someone thinks that it is creating the problem of unemployment of the people, but if we see that latest technology is also creating new job positions and availability among the youths and also if we can train properly to the old workers then they can also be employable to a huge extent. So, for this Government should take active steps towards this process in the upcoming future.
