Hello everyone, from my point of view, technology never affected jobs. Technology increases by their own way. Many software present in the market, they can do work like mankind. But technology is made by mankind and technology will be improve by mankind only. For only mankind brain machine behalf like mankind. But this all technology will be innovative, improve by only mankind. That's why people should be upgraded them self sincerely.

Impacts of technology on jobs:.
In my point of view, development in technology has both positive and negative sides.
First of all, when it comes to the positive side, the technology development has made the work done by humans easier and the negative side is that side because of this development all work is done by machines and humans job vacancies are reduced and companies will not depend on humans and they will depend on machines.

According to me, Obviously, job recruitment is depending upon the technological growth. It will be changing based on the developmental growth of technology. Day by day technology is developed and new things are generated from the people. So, job recruitment is also based on new technology. And also job demand also increasing based on new technology. Hello everyone According to me technology is increasing day by day and yes it can effect our jobs in various ways in future. We, humans will be creating robots using machine learning algorithms and many AI technologies to make them work same as humans.
In that case, these robots or machinaries can take place of humans jobs. So, 10 years from now we will see major improvement in technology which will effect human jobs.

As per my views, Technology is the necessity of innovation. Many people blaming technology for reducing manpower and laziness. But this is human nature always criticism any innovation or revaluation.
We can see technology as a revaluation. Day by day enhance machine requirement because people education and living standard increased. Every company, or sector facing labour crises. So that technology is a requirement for this era.

I think technology killing no of job opportunities. Especially, because of automation and AI. For example, if Tesla car come to a road with low cost, then lakhs of ola uber taxi drivers might use their job in future. Youth can go with technology. But what about 40+ years old peoples. Technology not only reducing job opportunities it also making people lazy. Nowadays, phones are becoming smarter and smarter but not youngsters.

I think every coin has two part, like that technology has merits and demerits too.
Technology boost our economy. Nowadays a measure part our economy depends on IT sector. No doubt if you have good technical skills then you can a job easily.
On the other hand if you lack of it is difficult to get a job. Technology reduces number of jobs.

Technology has both negative and positive impacts on the environment. From the employer's point of view, the growth of the company increased due to Technology as every work is made easier, and faster. A few months of work are done in a few days. For eg, calculations, analysis and so on.
Negative impact: people are more reliant on computers. People's knowledge growth is being stopped as they more depend on google and so on.

According to me, Technology have a very good impact on jobs. It helps the employee to do their work with the great efficiency and effactively in adject time. When we use the technology to do any work it helps us to complete the work with the accuracy. As we also know that technology bring the oppurtunity which helps our country in generating employement.
