As we are living in 21th century and new technology is coming day by day but it has there own merits and demerits in getting the job:
MERITS:-
1. Reduction in Cost of labour.
2. Time-consuming.
3. Error happening in the industry is less.
4. Economy growth.
DEMERITS:-
1. Due to the increase in automatic machines unemployment is increasing.
2. Dependency on machines are blindly following by organization.
3. Less chances of getting jobs in any era.

Hello guys.
Nowadays technology plays a prominent role in anywhere.
Technology makes some work easy and at the same time it makes someone become lazy. Through the technology tasks which is given to a person can be easily performed. But it continues in the same way it may reduce human power. And totally there will be no work for people to do. Soo with the technology people also have to be updated and don't addict to the technology much. Thank you.

Hello friends, in my opinion, with the advancement of technology job opportunities becoming lesser and lesser day by day as we all know that future is of artificial intelligence and machine learning so machine performs all the work in the future so unemployment increases. All the industries and organizations are dependent on the machines it has benefits that chances of error are less and cost of labour also saves but unemployment also increases.

According to me, if the technology is growing means the world is growing or our country is growing. So rather than complaining the technology improve yourself and learn how to operate new machine then you will get a job.

Now, work without technology is not possible. If the technology will be faster output will be more accurate and also take less time. But by using more technologies the biggest problem which is coming in light is an increment of unemployment. If we think as the country our population is increasing day by day so it will create a problem in the country. So, I will suggest that there should be a proper combination of technology used and manpower.

In my views, technology creates a big role in people's life. Nowadays everyone attached to technology. Technology makes our life easier as well as our works. Every industrialist wants maximum outputs in the response of less input and technology gives that part to them. So all of them starts less use of man hand power and that point creates unemployment. Now I have to conclude that technology creates unemployment and reduce job opportunity.

my opinion on the impact of technology on jobs is that is to increases the chances of unemployment because technology completes all the tasks so it will also reduce human efforts and increase time efficiency.

Nowadays, As we are using technology in our daily life activities in home, offices, etc. There is both type of impact we can see of the technology on jobs. As technology makes work more efficient, easily done on time by the machines. But there we can also see that people are losing their jobs as the introduction of automatically machines came. No doubt technology increase employment but because of technology people are losing their jobs.
