Good afternoon,
This is Ajay Kumar, today I am discussing on the topic impact of technology on jobs. I would like to tell you about what is technology? It refers to the study of skills, techniques, processes and methods for the production of goods and services. LIKE EVERY COIN HAS TWO FACES IT ALSO HAVE BOTH ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE. Firstly I am talking about the advantages.
1) By the Discovery of technology many works related to online become easier we can easily connect across the world.
2) With the increase in technology, many of them got more jobs in the IT sector.
3) It also helps to reduce the time of work.
4) it also helps to reduce the error happening in the organisation.
Now, we discuss disadvantages:
1) With the increase in technology, many of the industries get automated by machines which result in a decrease in the involvement of human beings.
2) Also with the increase of technology human becomes lazy.
3) With the increase of technology less chance to get a job in any organisation.
That's about all.
Thanks.

In my opinion, Technology plays a very important role in our lives and this has become a boon as well as Bane in our day to day life. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The same way the way we use gives us the result which may be in either way. Nowadays it has become the utmost need as we use it in all means of life. As in any job, we cannot survive without the knowledge of technology as our World has become a Tech World. This is evident as we go for interviews they question our technical knowledge. For example, A teacher should be well versed in this and nowadays in schools, they hire teachers only those who are good in system knowledge though they are good in subject depth. In this pandemic period, this was really a helpful tool as many institutions and offices were intact irrespective of lockdown. A new style of work from home have taught many things and the knowledge of technology have reached in nook and corner from literate to illiterate. So, let's use this as a boon by not misusing and gaining more knowledge and spreading awareness about this too.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Good evening everyone.
The topic impact of technology on jobs is very hot and interesting because nowadays we all are using technology to do anything like payment, hotel booking, cab booking, etc. This is good because it saves our time and also this thing not replace human for doing the task. But when we talk about the industry thaen many companies replace low skilled or labour people with automated robots which is bad impact of technology. In my thought, there must be some rule for installation of automated robots. Only those place or industry where the life of working people is in danger or not possible by a human for example in a coal mine life of labour is always in danger so there must be an automated machine for working. Many people die when he goes inside the gadeer so we can replace this work by automated machines. If we work likes this then we also increase job for high skilled people for developing such automated machines.

"Impact of technology on jobs" itself means the way technology is affecting jobs, in my opinion, there is a hefty advantage of using technology when we apply to jobs. We can learn, practice, watch videos on anything and anywhere we want for future jobs. Like if we want a job in a particular field, we can teach ourselves on our own doing courses online and revising it and can make up for the job. Technology plays an important role directly or indirectly if it comes to the job. Easy to use, reuse, practice, learn, revise, and most importantly we can do this at our pace, so it is beneficial.

Hello friends!
Technology provides us with a way to do the same thing smartly with less hard work. Now, we have highly advanced machines, robots etc. That can do our tasks easily in a short span of time.
So such side of technology reflects a view that it has reduced the need for labour. So we can say reduced the jobs for workers.
But there is another side of technology which reflects a totally different aspect. Technology has developed scopes like photography, automation, software development etc. It has developed varieties. Now we want a huge collection of choices. These emerging scopes have also brought more jobs.
But most of these jobs are related to technical and literate people. Now the question arises what about illiterate people. Technology has reduced their job options.
As technology is necessary for smooth and comfortable life so one solution is that we should provide proper training to those people who don't have any idea to use the new machines so that they can also earn their livelihood by adopting new technologies.

Hi friends I am here to tell some impacts that;.
According to me, if the technology is growing means the world is growing or our country is growing. So rather than complaining the technology improve yourself and learn how to operate new machine then you will get a job.
Everyone is talking about robot work in industries in the future but no one is thinking about the manufacturing and constellation of robot more industries will open after AI.

To a greater extent, it has affected jobs positively as the following outlines;
* Minimizes labour costs.
* Standardization of work.
* Instant feedback.
* Improves efficiency and productivity.
* Reduces workload.
* Enables a wide public awareness about a given entity.
However, at a lesser extent, it affects job negatively.
* Wide increase in unemployment.
* Limited to those who have knowledge and skills.
* Leads to work boredom due to its routine factor.
* Machine breakdown limits efficiency and productivity.
* Affected by failure in the network at times.

As we know about that we are living in the 21st century right now. To change ourselves or to update ourselves according to the time it is the nature of law. Likewise, we have to accept the new technology and have to update our work and processes. The main purpose of any work and process is to increase efficiency. And by adopting the new technology the efficiency of work will be increased.
The advantages of technology:
1) The work efficiency will increases.
2) The quality of work increases.
3) The labour cost will decreases.
4) The number of error decreases.
5) Time taken by the process will be.
Decreases.
6) The accuracy of work increases.
Hence the technology increases the job will be decreased but if technology updated then people must have to update themselves according to the new technology then and the unemployment will reduce. Because the technology is created by the human itself so to apply that technology at a particular time and at a particular domain is only knows the human. So technology is good if we update ourselves according to that technology.

Good evening everyone.
Our topic for today's discussion is : Impact of technology on jobs.
While we all know technology is been implemented to make our life easy but on the same time we need to learn to adapt with the changing technology.
Talking about impact of technology on jobs I would like to the example of a salesperson who used to visit door to door at every home/office just to do prospecting but Now with the help of technology all of this can be done just with the help of our mobile phones we can search for the lead data online and filter out the interested clients.
I would like everyone to share their point of view on this.

Good evening everyone.
My name is Amarjyoti das.
In my opinion, technology on jobs has both positive and negative effects on jobs.
Positive effects:
Technology makes work easier. By the use of technology, work which was taking years can be completed in a few months or even a day. It favours smart work than hard work. Physical labour has decreased significantly.
Negative effect:
Technology has decreased the number of seats for jobs, as using technology the work can be done by using less manpower and in less time. The unemployment rate has increased due to this.
