According to me, the technology is both goods as well as a threat as we know India is a developing country it needs its development in every field. It's good for us as new technologies make work easier, profitable, less time consuming etc. If we move on to our agriculture sector then we can see because of technology only farmers need to do much hard work & get a good amount of profit whereas, on the other hand, it's a threat as everyone is not literate in this world n each n every person don't know how to use new technologies so they remain unemployed and suffer a lot.

Technology has changed every aspect of our lives from the way we live to the way we work.

It started from the industrial revolution and it is changing it till now. But the difference now is that it is disrupting traditional industry also.

We have seen how e-commerce has changed how we shop. In this case, it has had both positive as a well negative impact on the industry. Same it has done for other industries. Health care, food, automobile etc.

Technology has changed the landscape of every industry out there. It has also reduced the requirements of the workforce by automation but also created many new jobs.

Moreover, it has created more jobs then it has reduced and made the world a better place.

Therefore I will conclude that technology is having a positive impact in relation to jobs.

I Agree with the fact that the increase in technology is directly impacting on jobs. Technology is increasing to make our lives easy but on the other hand, due to this people are not getting employment. Using technology is good but not up to that limit where it is affecting our jobs as well as making people lazy.

Obviously, new technology help in the development of India. New technology making work easier and more accurate. But it it disadvantages too.

1. New technology increasing the unemployment rate by replacing manual work with digital programming.

2. Machine with inbuilt programming alone handle work which was executed by 10 workers. So the requirement of workers is reduced.

3. In companies due to achievement of max accuracy and more targets, advanced technology is preferable over unskilled labour.

4. Nowadays digital technology implemented in railways, metro decreasing need for more workers.

In my opinion as new technology help to grow rapidly to develop the country on another side there is a bad impact on the unemployment rate so there is a need to create more jobs. Gov have to invest more on small and medium scale entrepreneur to create more jobs. In 2019 gov announced at Manirbhar Bharat package to create more employment and making India self reliant.

With the day-by-day improvement in the field of technology it has led to new jobs and fields where freshers can apply, though it is one of the current needs for a company, it has also led to the case of unemployment. With new technologies companies don't need to hire a number of employees to do a task, instead, there are a number of machines that can perform those tasks in much less time and with more precision. Thus, technological advancement is necessary but so is employment.

Let us consider as an example of artificial intelligence. It provides more and more knowledge it doesn't mean to replace humans. Humans are the only ones who created this wonderful artificial intelligence through coding.

It can assist humans and provide more and more suggestions. It doesn't threaten humans. If we misuse this wonderful technology we can lose everything but if we use it in a proper way we can create similar to this artificial intelligence. It's main aim is to provide knowledge of whatever it has. It doesn't think this matter is private I won't reveal it because it doesn't have privacy matters. AI treats everyone like a friend and provides much more valuable data to the users. It also performs multiple tasks which were given by the user.

I want to add some points to this, as new technology comes it will depend that it will impact on job or not because there are various technologies which provide huge opportunities for jobs let' s take the example internet.

So, it is not like that technology leads to the unemployment always rather it also provides the employment.

Today I want to share my opinion with you people on the topic given as "Impact of Technology on Jobs".

Well, We all know that we are living a life full of colorful and useful technologies, leading us to live this "Digital" life.

Now, a coin has it's two sides and as usual, Technology is no exception to this.

The good sides may be shown as,

1. Technology helps us to reduce the work-stress both to the client and the service provider, doing things in a well programmed automatic way is far easier than doing it manually.

2. Usage of Technology on Jobs increases the Job opportunity, I want to demonstrate this by giving an example, Suppose, One-day Government decides to digitalize all the Banks, i.e. everything should be done by self-service of the user. Then, given this condition, there must be a large number of such digital bank installation throughout the country, if there is even one attendant per bank, the total required number of attendants should be larger than that prevailing now. Hence, usage of technology in a job can be seen as an increased job opportunity.

3. Simple and easy to use guidance steps for a first time user.

But, everything comes up with some cons,

1. Technology leads us to follow binary concepts, ie. Either the work will be done or not. A mere change in the network connection will ensure to make everything go in vain, though proper guidelines and making people more technology favourable.

2. Making everything so much tech-oriented won't help the common people, they may find difficulty using these.

Though, by comparing the pros and cons I personally can say that the pros easily overcome the cons. So, I want to conclude my speech by saying that there is a positive effect of using technology in jobs.
