I would like to say something on this topic.

In my opinion, there are plenty of jobs available, but the reason why unemployment is still transpiring means we are not getting the adequate practical knowledge during our academic, and our syllabus is not up to date, and we are not getting appropriate skills what the industry is expecting from us.

Today's technology is so advanced with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things etc.

Many of us are not getting a job! Why are they not getting it? Because Who understands the present technology those only getting an appointment presently.

Hello, yes technology is more beneficial to people, we done our work in a short time, we get job very easily by using technology, it's saves the energy, time. From home we do jobs by using apps, website, etc. Finally yes technology is more beneficial.

Advantages:

In my opinion, now a days we all know very well we all are used technology like smartphones and access internet and we are living in 21 century and we can say that is it modern era all people are depends on the technology when ever we want to search or wants to any updates like job current issues, etc. One thing is come in our mind searching on google and we get an answer only some seconds saving our time and we can say that without technology there is no any information to us so its a some pros of technology.

Disadvantages:

When technology was comes employment affected because all company's are using automatic machinery they all are depends the company hire only those people who are high skilled and operates machines.

According to my opinion, everything about thing world has two aspects negative and positive so firstly I would like to put some points on the negative aspect after that on positive aspect.

Positive aspects:

1. The number of employment will be increased for those people who have enough skill in technology.

2. Due to technology, each and everything will be accessiable.

3. Reduction in Cost of labor.

4. Time-consuming.

5. Error happening in the industry is less.

6. Economy growth.

Negative impact:

1. Due to the increase in automatic machines unemployment is increasing.

2. Dependency on machines is blindly following by organization.

3. Fewer chances of getting jobs in any organization.

My opinion on this topic i.e, the impact of technology on jobs is I'm not in favor of this topic.

There is a need of job for everyone so everyone wants a job in an easy way that's why most of them apply for job in many of the applications based on job and they start waiting that they may get call back letter for the job but it's very rare to get the job because lakh of students does the same thing.

It's better that we must not depend on only the technology we must go to a particular place where we want a job and try hard until we get our destiny.
