Much improvement in literacy rate and employment. There is havoc creation of jobs after technology covers the globe.

I'm Santosh so as if we talk about the "impact of technology on jobs " then in my point of view, we are living in 21 century And this century called the "technology era" because of in nowadays everybody using technology like most of all smartphones.

In this era, if we talk about Indian education standards then it is decreasing day by day due to some application websites etc. Many students spend time on technology to play video games and watching movies and web series. And this is a reason behind our decrease in education.

Positive impact:

As we know each and every topic has some pros and cons.

Technology makes life hacks easy and saves energy, time.

Because of technology we can do more work.

This is the Technology Era, where we using technology starting from the day to end of the Night. Each and every activity we are doing through technology. It's not the only effect on our personal life but also affects the job sector.

We using technology in educational sectors, Banking sectors, Hospitality, Corporate, etc. Without Technology each and every sector is paralyzed.

There also some advantages and disadvantages.

Disadvantages:

Technology becomes a giant for employees.

*Create unemployment problems.
*Generate cybercrime (through misuse of technology).

But today without technology we cannot steps forward to overcome the vast problems.

So, to overcome this we need a skill development on technological advancement and proper understanding between technology and human labor.

Technology increases the machine software to easily people do work. Technologies new coming in the market to display the benefit to work. The new technologies coming in the banking sector the paperwork reduces writing by pen was reduced the computer helpful to banking.

Hello guys, Technology advancement is severely affecting jobs all over the world. It seems very nice as we advance in technology we have everything control by machine, works gets easier, and so many other benefits. What about those who lost their jobs the jobs which are previously manually operated are now performed by machines and those men are losing their jobs because of it.

I am not denying the benefits of the technology advancement but there should be a balance between both of them.

In my opinion, there are plenty of jobs available, but the reason why unemployment is still transpiring means we are not getting the adequate practical knowledge during our academic, and our syllabus is not up to date, and we are not getting appropriate skills what the industry is expecting from us.

Today's technology is so advanced with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things etc.

Many of us are not getting a job! Why are they not getting it? Because Who understands the present technology those only getting an appointment presently.
