Social Media is beneficial or a bad thing entirely depends on how we use it.
One can use it for studying and for starting their own business, but other people become addicted to it, like scrolling all the time and watching unnecessary things on social media. There is a lot of informative as well as unnecessary content on social Media.
The content on social networking sites is sometimes very disturbing, which becomes bad influence on some.

There are some points that we need to always keep in mind while doing or using social networking sites. Never get addicted to it. Using it should be in our control, not on the other's control. Everything in a limit is good but if its usage goes beyond a certain limit, then it becomes hazardous.

Yes, there are both advantages and disadvantages of social media. It only depends on ourselves how to use social media sites and for what we are using. Sometimes it happens that we are very careful, but we fall as a prey for scam. Nowadays, on social media sites like YouTube, children are addicted to yt shorts, and babies are addicted to rhymes or poems. By watching a long time to screen it will affect their mental health, as nowadays, too many diseases are affecting babies and children also. If parents restrict the time children spend watching screen its good, and for children, we should teach them how to use social media for their knowledge and also how they should be careful about social media side effects.

Social networking sites are platforms where people can communicate, learn, do research, and express their thoughts and opinions with others. One of the best examples is WhatsApp, which connects people from different parts of the world.

We can easily send messages, make voice or video calls, and stay connected with our family and friends.

Today, social media has become a part of our daily routine. Whenever we face a problem or need information, we often search for it on social media.

These platforms also provide many benefits, such as online learning, job opportunities, business promotion, and spreading awareness about important issues.

However, social networking sites also have some negative impacts. Excessive use can lead to addiction, reduce face-to-face communication, and affect our relationships with family and friends.

Spending too much time on social media can also reduce productivity and negatively impact our mental and physical health.

In conclusion, social networking sites are a powerful tool. If we use them wisely and in moderation, they can improve our lives. But if we become addicted to them, they can have negative effects.

Therefore, we should use social media responsibly and maintain a balance between our online and offline lives.

Social Networking sites were invented for the convenience of mankind, to connect ppl globally, exchange their view, entertainment, business & many other things, but it has many negative points such as addiction, fraud, fake information, and cybercrime. It totally depends on the user how they use it.

In my point of view, I will stand on both sides, even though social media has several advantages and disadvantages.

The advantages :
* Feel free to learn, and it is open source and can be accessed from anywhere.

*I can create more opportunities for a job for the unemployed or freshers.

*It is a platform like Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Nowadays, many people are struggling, so it makes them seek help from others.

The Disadvantages:

* In social networking, it may cause fake incidents to reach all the people very quickly.

* It can also be risky because watching social media, we are just scroll the video or any visual representation it can contain many emotional like happiness, anger, sadness, etc. It trains our dopamine to achieve success in a short period of time.

*It makes people lazy. In the past, they used to read books and search many places to learn things, but nowadays it has been reduced by social media.

* It also depends on how we approach it,

From my perspective, things may be good or bad. We have to utilise it as per our needs.

I neither completely agree nor completely disagree with this topic because social media has both positive and negative aspects.

In my opinion, it completely depends on how we use it. The algorithms on social media platforms recommend content based on our interests and activities. If we have a clear goal and search for content related to learning, career growth, or skill development, the recommendation system will mostly show us similar content. In that case, social media becomes a powerful tool for gaining knowledge and improving our skills rather than a source of distraction.

Therefore, I believe that social media itself is not good or bad. Its impact depends on the choices we make and how responsibly we use it.

I want to share my views on the impact of social media networking. Firstly, I would like to start from pro's.

Pros:
* By using social media platforms like Instagram, we will be aware of what is actually going on in the world; we will be able to be in trend; we will easily know about everything.

Con's:
* We just got a study break for 5 mins, and thought of scrolling through Instagram; the 5-min scroll will last up to the next 30-45 mins; that's the biggest distraction nowadays Gen Zs have.

So, it completely depends on us how we use it.

I think the majority of people are willing to accept this statement that social has its own Pro's and Cons, as it is in the user's hands to handle their social media too skill up or to scroll.

I strongly agree with this statement, as the algorithm plays an important role in the content preference you want to watch. Unless, I guess you have strong willpower, you are definitely going to be distracted because of social media's addictive and non-informative content.

At the end, actually all we are concluding is it is in our hands to use or misuse it; many are building bright careers, and many are losing their careers. You are the one who decides what you want to choose for yourself.

According to me, every aspect has two things which are Pros and cons.

I will start with Pros:

Social Media is a very good platform where we get to know about real-world activities daily. By this, our knowledge gets improved day by day. And by this, so many lives are settled with high income.

Con's:

Social Media is also a curse because, as we see, people of every age are on social media, from 0 to elderly age. May it causes the children to not concentrate in there studies, or they may loss there childhood because of this.
