Firstly, the positive impacts:

By using social networking sites, we can connect with people and access information from any part of the world. For example, during times of disaster, we can find information about safety measures and safe locations through social networking sites.

Now, coming to the negative aspects:

These platforms can be a breeding ground for false information and manipulation. For example, during recent elections, a single negative comment could incite public violence and change the tide of public opinion.

To conclude: The impact of social networking sites depends on how we use them. If we use them properly by differentiating false information from the truth, they can be a great boost to our lives.

In my point of view, on using social networking sites has both positive and negative impacts, but it depends on my own that how I use it, which I mean to say that whether I use it for our work, studies, etc. Or for our entertainment, trolling someone, etc.

So, as I move towards the positive impact, it helps us in studies, and also enhances our creativity by providing some new ideas. As I think that it also saves our time during preparation for something, like if we don't get any concept, then it's usual that we are going to search for it in books, but we get it in a few seconds on YouTube. If we look at the past, many people didn't get information on time because of which them lost their exams, jobs, admissions, etc. While nowadays this cannot happen as people interact with each other through these sites, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, they get to know it.

Social networks have profoundly reshaped how we communicate, access information, and form connections, bringing both benefits and challenges. They enable instant global communication, fostering relationships and supporting professional networking. First of all, a network or a web is a cluster of all information's including all the bad and good ones, and network sites are one of them. It is like a mirror to our modern society where many people spend their time on social sites. If we positively use this, then it will be very helpful, like many people become YouTubers, vloggers and earn handsome money but if we look its opposite side, which is devastating. Some children get trapped in online games and fake investing sites, and some lose their lives. Spending much time on social sites is also an addiction which leads to unproductivity and depression.

Yes, social sites is just like a clay, if we build it in a good way, then it will show its goodness otherwise no use of this sites is the only solution.

I'm expressing my views on the impact of social media. In my opinion, everything has two sides. First, I want to tell about pros: social media is a boon for students in this pandemic. Many children could not reach school but by social media, anyone can learn anything. Everyone can be connected to their relatives and friends even they were miles away. Creators show their talent through social media.

Now I tell about cons: People get easily addicted, students can be distracted, scams and fraud can happen, people use social media for hours and that reduces physical activity and can damage mental health, after use longer period it can strain your eyes. I must say one thing that it always depends on us how to use something properly. If we are used for a limited time and without being distracted then it's a boon for us.

Advantages:

We can communicate with the friend and relative which are living abroad for various purposes. Also, various social networking makes our life easier like online shopping.

Ticket booking, etc. Youtube is the best way for a student to extract knowledge and help in their studies. Social networking websites are part of our life and connect people with similar interests.

Disadvantages:

Many children play online video games telling their parents as they are studying.

In searching a good content the children need to waste their precious time.

Many of the spam websites are there which may lead to enter viruses in our pc mobile, laptop, etc. Spending more time on it produces diseases like mental illness, eye-sight problems, etc.

In my opinion, social media has both positive and negative impacts on people.
if I talk about negative impact,it will be excessive use of social media, watching web series, and excessively playing games; these all things take us in depression, stress, and anxiety. After some time, it becomes difficult to get out of it.

If I talk about the positive impact of the internet, one click can access any type of information. Before the Internet, it was very difficult to access information. However, the internet has also given employment to people through blogs, podcasts, promotions, and social media, where they can express their talents.
