It has huge potential, yet with flaws, it has helped and grown with us. There is no such way to not use it now, as people might think you are not knowledgeable enough to understand, in some way bullying to join these platforms, and it is nothing but a hole with no end to it.

It is best to stay within limits and know when, where and why to use it, as well as where it may help.

Using it wisely would help us with not falling into that hole For some, it is all advantages, yes but not for others who have not entered into this territory.

Social networking sites allow people to communicate with others, to get info about the things around them. However, each coin has two sides. Simlilarly, with the increasing use of technology, the impact of social sites has taken a turn. People spend much of their time in surfing these social networking sites, which in turn increases the strain on their eye's sometimes leading to eye damage and other eye related problems.

Social media is a tool me. With an eg. I can make understand my point, for eg we have a knife a housewife will use it in the kitchen to cut vegetables and fruits and it will be utilised in our day-to-day life to make things work easier, but that same knife is used in campaign, that knife is also used by army solider or commandos and many police officer to protect or kill their enemies, so like this way social media is a tool you can use it for entertainment purposes or you can use it for making money, for marketing and many more.

I believe that social media does help a lot in connecting people. There are many of news which we get to know only through social media. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram have proved to be great sites for connecting people.

Take for example the Israel and Palestine war. As we know there was a lot of destruction happening in both countries and how we got to know that was through social media itself. Furthermore, many people started funding and donations for both parties through social media to help them.

Another example can be people putting dogs or other pets up for adoption if they are not able to find a good home for them in the locality. This reduces the chances of the animals suffering. In this way also social media helped connect people.

Therefore to conclude all that has been stated above, yes social media does play a very prominent role in connecting people and will continue to do so in the future.

The social media has both advantages and disadvantage like every coin has both the side so its one's perspective to see the which side they are taking as we know the motto of this side are to connect the whole world and these sites are doing it very nicely as now a day we are not far away from anyone we can talk to anyone no matter where they are so Social networking sites are helping us to get connected to the whole world and also it helps in spreading awareness of the issues which are going on on the different corner of the world but some people are taking it otherwise or we say using it in wrong way, they are trying to spread the fake news like the case of one terrorist in Kashmir who use these sites to manipulate the people of Kashmir.
