Hi.
My dear friends me Vijai Singh is very happy to know the views of you all about extracurricular activities.
I to agree. Every parent when they leave their kids in school they choose the school like providing such activities. That's why they took admission of their wards in such school.
My views it should be mandatory in all school whether it is govt or private.
Extracurricular activities develop the brain, cooperation, team spirit, physical stamina with a good education.
It is a bright future for our new generation development.
Thanks to all.

Yes, Extra Curricular Activities should be made compulsory in schools. Extra Curricular activities make children to learn many differnt things. Everyone in this world are not same. Some students may be good at academics while others may be good at sports, Performing arts, etc. Extra curricular activities bring out the hidden qualities of children. Extra Curriculam activites help the students to develop their skills, personality, Logical resoning, ect. Academics only will never help students to develop their personality.

In my point of view, extra curricular activities which are developed the personal abilities of students hence it should be made compulsory in school.
Extracurricular activities increase the confidence level, stage learning, team work ability etc.
It develops the personality. It will give a platform to student express themselves in particular activities. It makes creative minds.
Hece, it is necessary to make extracurricular activities compulsory in school.

Hi Guys,
Yes, Extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school but there are some things to consider before applying these extra activities during school timing. I mean extra curricular activities mean some extra work to do for students and we all know that how much students feel tired after attaining all the classes as per fixed timetable. We can understand that doing some extra activities offer better way to learn but it does not mean that management put more and more burden on the backs.
Finally, I would like to add that extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school but saving energy of the students so that they can also complete their home work on time.
Thank you.

In my opinion, students should be involved in extracurricular activities from their schooling itself. Only, if the school encourages extracurricular activities the student can show their talents in their childhood itself. The talents must be developed from their childhood itself. The extracurricular activities like fine arts, sports, games, etc must be enhanced in the schools so that the students can much involve and in later days he/she would become a good expert in that field. Every student has a unique talent. Apart from the academic education, he/she can show their talents and they can relax their mind through this.

Yes of course.
Friends nowadays the pvt schools overtaking our govt school in every field. They are taking the initiative to grow up students brain practically engaging them in various extracurricular activities. But in our govt school, only study is going on. But the expense in pvt schools is too high where common people can't take admission of their wards.
In past, we had sufficient time and place to engage ourselves in various extracurricular activities but now we don't have places due to huge construction in every place and secondly to make an equality with pvt school we have to treat those students to spend maximum time in study.
So, I think to enable this poor pupil more effective, every school should adopt the extracurricular activities besides study.

In my opinion, we should make ECA compulsory but at the same time, it would be meaningless to force someone to take part. It would be worth much more only if it comes from individuals inside.
So rather than compulsory it should be more friendly.

We've all heard about the proverb "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"! It emphasises on the fact that extracurricular activities are strongly needed for the growth of a child. Having said that extracurricular activity are as essential as academics in school, I would strongly disagree with the motion of making them compulsory in schools. This is due to the fact that nowadays students are burdened with dozens of academic subjects in their syllabus and by making EXA compulsory would just be like forcing another subject on them without even knowing whether they like it or not! If a child likes playing football, he could be least interested in music and vice versa, thus the purpose of relaxing their minds and body would not be solved. Instead, I would suggest the school to arrange the wide range of ExA on an optional basis and encouraging students to take part in them by properly mentoring them!
Thank You.
Thank You.

Yes, I strongly agree that extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. With this students should learn things in a practical way rather than theoretical and they should think in a creative way in order to improve the technology too.
