Yes, of course, it is compulsory because if co-curricular activities will then the children interest in the study will get low. Children should have entertainment in between studies otherwise children will bore in studies.

Hello fried in my opinion.

Extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in schools for the following reasons.

1. Activities make our mind free from studies.
2. Children learn sportsman spirit from them.
3. Their body is fit and healthy.
4. This will also aid the school to find the hidden talent and potential of the future sports person.
5. They help to channelize the boundless energy of kids.
6. This will certainly raise the standard of our performance globally.

On the other hand, sometimes extra curricular activities are not good for the following reasons.

1. It can damage the personality of a physically weak child. Such a child will develop an inferiority complex.
2. Moreover, some kids prefer being engrossed in books which provide them enough diversion.

I feel that games are absolutely essential for a balanced personality development where the mind and body grow in tandem.

Thank you.

Somr of the student are not good in study but they are good in extra activities so they can prove their self in extra activities.

I do agree with you.

My opinion is that extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in school as it will help to enhance the personality of an individual. If from the school level the children is performing all the activities that he won't face any problem of stage fear, public speaking which is the problem of most of the youth in today's world and people are not getting placed in a good company.

Hi everyone.

I am Krish.

I think extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in the school. Some of the reasons why I prefer to be made it compulsory.

1. In ancient days children used to have physical activity a lot, but nowadays children are not showing any interest towards it.

2. In those days, parents argue with children for not coming to home even after playing hours of time, but now the scenario is quite reversed- parents are interested to send children for outdoor games rather sticking to phones idle in the home.

3. As of not having these extra-curricular activities, children are becoming sluggish and dawdle to move, so infact their mental activity will also be disturbed.

In my opinion, yes extra-curricular activities should be made compulsory in schools as it helps the students to develop the skills apart from the academic curriculum skills. It helps the student to develop a good personal profile. It is also the best way to get aware about the field in which he or she can excel.

In today's era, bookish knowledge is not everything one must have a multidimensional personality and these activities develops the skill in the student right from the beginning.

It helps one to develop a dynamic personality.

From my point of view, extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. We know that today's generation kids are doing a race in the name of education. Who is going to top in schools or college? Even though many children have good skills in the sports or they are talented in other activities but many times their parents are not allowing them to go for that because that will affect their studies as they thinking. So I must say that it extra curricular activities should make compulsory in school.

AS jack Ma said : Its ok that you are not top in your class be an average student because these kinds of students have only got time to involve in other activities and they can also learn many things.

Today's generation has only bookish knowledge and they are unaware of the real world. By doing extra sports activity they can be fit physically. By involving in other games and activities your brain functioning will also increase.

I think, Co-curricular activities shapes & mold the personality of a person. It helps the students to extract the best qualities from themselves. It also results in reducing their anxiety & frustration. Students will be able to explore more rather than being a bookworm.
