Do Women make Good Managers?

Yes, I am absolutely in favor of this topic. It is well said that women are good managers and they will always be. We can see the live demo of this in our homes where women manage the home very well. After this, we can move on to their professional work where also they excel. Women are more powerful than men in mental ability. They have more patience than men and it is scientifically proven also. So why we always underestimate women they are the shining stars in this dull world. From the starting of this universe we have seen what role women had played so they were, they are and they will be good managers.

I am in favor of this topic. Yes, women make a good manger. Gender inequality should not be included in this. According to a survey, women are fast learners and multitaskers because they use their right brains of this. And women have the power to change their weaknesses into strengths. Women are more responsible and punctual then men. Women encourage openness, women are more better in empowering staff. I would like to conclude women are good managers if they have given the opportunity.

Management work doesn't depend on gender. It depends on the skills. If any individual has skills of a good manager so it can become a Good manager, doesn't matter that individual is a male or a female.

Hi, this is a wonderful topic, in my point of view, women are equally confident as men. If they think they can do everything easily but most of them doesn't know the value of women. In olden days some of them told women is only eligible for cooking not to study so tats why they didn't educate well, but nowadays they can do everything like driving the bus, auto nd airline industry so women as a part of every industry. This shows women boldness and confident.

I would say there should not be any discrimination between men and women while choosing them. If the person is capable (knowledge, communication skills, a good decision maker) to hold on the position he/ she owe that position.

We take the example of boy student living far from his parents for study, they have limited amount of money and they manage it for a whole month even they manage their time table for study, to cook food, to play and so on.
