Do Women make Good Managers?

Most of the women manage their houses very well from this we can understand that they can manage everything like that. What I say, the women can also better than men because they have capable to solve any problem and also face to any situation and also handle it.

Women, they have taken any right decision at right time and they should maintain the whole family member.

One more I say that the In our India the many women are doing the hard working in their day to day life. And so that they should get the success in life. But little bit I also say that, it does not depends on the gender it also depends on their capacity, knowledge, creativity, situation and patience.

According to me, definitely women is good manager in this world and women is also better than men they have all qualities like courage, patience, understanding creativity also good talented etc we can see that women have capable do any thing they manage their family very well and also household work and career plan and women are expert manage every critical situation they can solve any problem with easily and these all things are not we can find out men so we can say that women are better than men each and every sector so if our country should give more respect to women ever sector and our fore father said that paradise under the mother feet so women is great in this all over the world.

Many a time we hear that women make good managers. It is to some extent true cause women have designed themselves to manage everything at the same time. From the very past women used to do all the household works without the family's support then they started education against all the social odds. Still, they managed their lives in both education as well as household activities. Then they entered the workforce to offer a hand in the family finances but that didnot free them from houseworks. Today, also we see many women who manage children & husband before leaving home for office then manages office life efficiently and after a day's heat they again take the charge of household affairs. So being a good manager is intrinsic in women but then also we cannot neglect the part of management studies which further improve one's efficiency. So if women can learn the theoretical part then she is well equipped to handle the practical part in life. So for me yes women do make good managers.

If we think that the woman can't become a manager; teacher and soldier etc so it's our bad mentality because it's a 21 st century and girls rubbing shoulder with boys. In a family, we can see that as a manager the woman maintain the whole family. She knows very well about her whole family.

The woman can become a manager if she has a quality of manager and its man responsibility that he should give an opportunity and chance to the woman to show her telent if front of people.

According to my point of view, it does not depend on gender it depends upon the way you tackle the situation, patience, tolerance, creativity, knowledge on the way you handle the situation. Both male and female could be better it doesn't depend on gender. It depends on a person & their personality.

In my view, there should be no gender discrimination. Both male and female should be given equal opportunity. I think so that women's are born manager as their job is same as like a manager i.e. mother, daughter, wife and so on. They manage all the things very well. They care and gives closer focus on issues. One thing, I would like to say that good manager is not depend upon gender, it depends on creativity, knowledge, patience, the way of facing problems, proper judgement etc etc.

I would also like to justify my points by using some examples such as Chitra Ramakrishna CEO of NSE, Arundhati Bhattacharya CEO of SBI, Neeta Ambani CEO of Reliance Group and much more. So why we always underestimate women's. We have to give them equal chances to participate In society and break all the myths that they can't do anything.

We know that women are much more better in terms of family management but it should not be the basis of a good manager. A good manager shoupd be due to its higher qualities. So no one can be judged on basis of gender instead of that qualities are much more imp.

For me, women are the best manager for their natural endurance and caring and closer focus on issues. The way they solve problems result in everlasting solutions as in the case of Liberia Leader (Her Excellence Helen Johnson) who change the chaotic condition and normalise the nation. One More example is the German Icon of humanist Her Excellence Angela Merkel who gives her most attention to end world migration minimise human destitution. The way forward Our world Should give closer attention to give women the chance to live their best merit and serve world excellence.
