Yes, I agree with this content that women is a good manager than men because she organises everything in good & perspective manner.
Even in the home also we see females of our family manages the family &n kitchen well.
Mens only provide thing related to the kitchen she only manages that.
We can see that men can waste money but women think both positive n negative both side n then spend it.
She works 24/7 without expecting anything from anyone.

I think women are a better manager than men. Because she works hard.

In my opinion, who is a good manager it do not depends on the gender. It depends on the ability of the person. Ability decide who is better.

Like a mother at home, Woman can easily hide their emotions as compared to man and knows how to react or manage in critical situations.
