Yes, I am absolutely in favor of this topic. It is well said that women are good managers and they will always be. We can see the live demo of this in our homes where women manage the home very well. After this, we can move on to their professional work where also they excel. Women are more powerful than men in mental ability. They have more patience than men and it is scientifically proven also. So why we always underestimate women they are the shining stars in this dull world. From the starting of this universe we have seen what role women had played so they were, they are and they will be good managers.

Yes, I to agree with most of the women are good managers and she maintains the entire family with a limited budget varies from 10000 to 50000 per month or even more or less as good managers do in corporate world and she worked 24 * 7 * 365 days in a home without expecting the benefits she performed mother to child, wife to husband, worker in home, employee in office etc.

But in some cases management entirely depends on the knowledge, hard work, dedication, determination, goal achievement, decision-making skills, are performed or executed then only we are able to conclude he or she as better managers.

Hi friends, I am Umakanta Sasmal (from Santoshpur, Ganjam). In my view women can also be a good manager because they are talented and capable, & they can contribute to the growth of that organization. To become a good manager is not depend on gender it depends upon their ability &adroitness.

As we know there are less women managers than men because women's role remains confined to the traditional roles of homemakers engaged in looking after the household and child rearing. If they are encouraged by their family & by govt providing some amenities. Ensure that they will be a good manager.

Yes, I agree that women can make better managers. As we can see nowadays, women are taking part in various fields like medicine, education, business & everywhere. And even they manage their home & family also. Women are multitasking. Now there are 1/3 seats are reserved for women in most of the sectors so they get the opportunity in various fields.

So by looking at that we can say that women have come forward with their skills & they deserve the right to get the managerial position in respect to their knowledge, communication skills, patience, etc. So women are better managers.

From my point of, the term good manager is not related to gender. Either man/women become good manager with their knowledge their skills, their management skills With good quality of quick decision, loving nature, patients, not quickly aggressive and better ability to convince to people easily then man is the positive nature of women.

And women have to understand sometimes without any saying other people. Women are good at mind reading very easily.

So my conclusion of this is that by various skills, More and more knowledge good communication skills people can make good manager.

Hello guys, my name is Aryan Singh and I want to say that both have equal importance, one thing I want to say the good manager does not depend on their gender, it depends on our attitude, creativity, knowledge, patience, dare and finally having the capacity to so. Ok, I give an example.

You want to do a job so you went in an office where the requirement One male and one female.

And why the company honor hire you?

If you have known for what which is asked by you honor if you give answer their question.

He will hire you. It doesn't mean that you are women then he hires you.

What I say, the women can also better than men because they have capable to solve any problem and also face to any situation and also handle it.

Women, they have taken any right decision at right time and they should maintain the whole family member.

One more I say that the In our India the many women are doing the hard working in their day to day life. And so that they should get the success in life. But little bit I also say that, it does not depends on the gender it also depends on their capacity, knowledge, creativity, situation and patience.

If we are talking about Good managers, so we should list out the characteristics that a good manager should posses.

A good manager should be a better listener, better communicator, multi tasker, responsible, understanding.

And if we talk about all these characteristics then yes women have all these characteristics more than men to some extent.

And studies have proved that women hava a tendency of appreciating the work more frequently.

And this is something that all employees look into their manager.

Hence we can conclude that women make better managers than man do.

In my point of view I personally think think that women is far better than men because if you see the whole life of a women than you see that she have to face many relation in her life firstly she is a daughter who have to live in certain limit and at the same time she have to study and do household chores also and after that when she get married than she become mother and she have to look up both families and her child which her husband to fulfill all the desires ect, so the women are inherent from the childhood only she can have a better management then men.

I do agree about women are good manager now, we have many examples as India's first women president Pratibha Patil, first women PM SMT Indira Gandhi and also recent fighter plane officer are women so other point of view women has proved as mom, sister, wife and they are playing a vital role since to now. We need to give a chance to shine them.

Second thing is we know that position wants able person so selectors should choose a desirable person, don't think about their gender if someone is capable for the position choose him or her.
