Hello friends,

In my opinion, both women and men can be better for managerial works. But if we see the current scenario of India's society we can think that women if doing the corporate job they also manage the household works, but even after doing hard work, everyone has his or her own pros and cons. Talking about men, men also make good managers and if we see, they are more physically tough than women. So for the discussion, we can conclude that men and women are both opposite faces of a same coin and capable for probing to have good managerial skills.

Hello everyone, In my opinion, women also make good managers than men. I would like to justify my point by quoting some examples of iconic women managers like Chittra Ramakrishna (CEO NSE), Arundhatti Bhattachareya (CEO SBI), Chanda Kocher (CEO ICICI), Ekata Kapoor (Managing director of Balaji Telefilms), Neeta Ambani (CEO Reliance Group) and many more ladies. You can talk about any of the top business of India, the majority of them are being managed by Women today. So, today women are no less than men and of course they are better managers than men.

Yes, they do.

Basically, it has become a fashion to support their gender, to prove that their gender is superior, without thinking the actual case.

Still in many parts of India, male dominance exists. If women are provided a chance to prove themselves, they will definitely excel.

To make good managers, gender doesn't play a big game, but the actual willpower and efficiency does.

As we generally see, men are in the higher positions of almost all organisation. Now, the scenario is getting changed, women are placing themselves in those positions.

Apart from any gender discussion yes, women's are better managers than men's because they are multitaskers. They have the capabilities of doing multiple things at one time. In their lives they play multiple roles in many peoples lives and yes they do manage people and things wisely with their own tricks. Womens are not only capable of doing house works but they are much more capable of proving themselves in every feild whether it be sports, business, cooking, teaching or anything they can manage everything with perfection and excellence.

Hi I'm Kirti.

In my opinion, a Good manager is one who has an ability to manage a particular situation in an effective way. It does not depend on gender. It mainly depends on the skills, knowledge, creativity one has & Women has all these skills. She can manage her house budget as well as budget for the country like FM Nirmala Setharaman. Women take a lot of decision in her daily life effectively. Women work even if she is suffering from fever, cold or anything else. She performs her responsibility in an effective manner.

No, I don't agree with this statement why are we defining gender still in this era and stereotyping them to be good at certain careers or not based on gender? To be a good manager one must be a good communicator, a great listener, possess leadership skills, problem-solving skills etc.

If one possesses all these qualities then that individual can be a very good manager. Gender can be defined as to way one feels towards things and not to deal with any profession which requires intellectual or physical strength in any manner.

According to me women are better managers because they need not built this quality rather it is inherit in them. How as women are naturally proves to be the best person in managing the household activities. So if they are given chance to manage the organization they will prove to be the best managers.

Because they have the quality of managing different kind of persons at a particular point of time. For e.g. She knows it very well how to solve conflicts b/w two people, how to meet the different demands of employees etc.

From the ancient time people underestimate women and think them as a machine for all of their household works. They were categorized in the line of animals as you know the lines of Tulsidas.

According to my opinion women are best managers. Do not go far for the example but see in your own house how your mother, sister or wife manages in those situations when you are confused what to do and for more information about women's capability you must read history of India and you must have a friendly mentality about women too.

Hi Friends.

In my point of view Both have good managers dependence up on their knowledge. Both have same brains. For example if any problem is there who take the right decision at right time then only we decide who is the good manager. But comparing with men women have good patience. And she is maintain both family and office with equal importance.

And one thing olden days women's are only on home so much of problem but now the trend will be change and each and every sector compete with men and she get success.

I don't agree that women are better managers than men, however, I also beg to differ that men are better managers than women. Management is a skill to be developed rather than a God gifted quality. Hence we cannot designate a gender to a particular position as it would be as baseless as the argument claiming that women are bad drivers. Both can be good or bad managers. It is a subjective quality which depends on an individual person. So, I would like to take a more of a neutral stand on this statement.
