Do Women make Good Managers?

In my opinion men and women manager are not different. However the difference is about their qualities and their skills (technical, human and conceptual skill). I think a good manager is required to create a good environment with their sub-ordinate and perform their job effectively and efficiently.

I am in favor of this topic. Yes, women make a good manger. Gender inequality should not be included in this. According to a survey, women are fast learners and multitaskers because they use their right brains of this. And women have the power to change their weaknesses into strengths. Women are more responsible and punctual then men. Women encourage openness, women are more better in empowering staff. I would like to conclude women are good managers if they have given the opportunity.

Hello friends I know that to become a manager is not a cake walk but its also not depend upon gender. Its depend upon ability and skills. And I agree that a woman should be a good manager.

Educating women can bring up great changes in a country like India because if women are educated they can change the world as they will not be dependent on their husband's for buying anything as women will be earning in the highly qualified company.

Manager based the quality, skill, personality, attitude, behavior, this are the managed base eligible quality. Otherwise not choosing men and women. Yes, women can be good managers. Now is not the situation for discussing about strength /skills of women this is 2024 so wake up and see around yourself in every MNC company max. Several women are handling the managerial post even in Govt. Sector women are working in managerial posts. Women's proved their capability every time & now there is no need to discuss about managerial skills of women. In some situations, women play a better role than a man. Women have an inborn capacity for strength, understanding, hard working, and emotions so they can understand colleagues in a better way than a man. A good manager should have faith in his team members & also team members should be loyal to their manager as weel as the company. There is one sentence "Respect should command not demand " that is perfectly suitable for any manager/boss.

Ya I agree, women are the best managers. As there are many examples it will take plenty of time to take their name. So keeping it aside. Talking about their work doing ability, sense of humor. And many more things make them best.

From the ancient time people underestimate women and think them as a machine for all of their household works. They were categorized in the line of animals as you know the lines of Tulsidas.

According to my opinion women are best managers. Do not go far for the example but see in your own house how your mother, sister or wife manages in those situations when you are confused what to do and for more information about women's capability you must read history of India and you must have a friendly mentality about women too.
