According to me, it's not the gender which describes the good manager but it is the skills which one has to manage the company. And of course women are good in managing their personal and professional life at the same time. So women do make the good manager.

I agree with all points but according to my point of view, women are best managers because they balance their life with parents as well as the organisation also In both places she showed their talent in a similar manner and she balanced it.

In my point of view, skills of a person don't depend on gender. Everybody has the same potential, the same mind it matter how they use it. So by working hard, doing regular work and keeping an eye on goal than everybody can become a good manager.

In my opinion, it does not depend on gender it mainly depend upon the way you handle the situtation, patience, tolerance, creativity and knowledge. If you want to do job, tthe company hire you on your capability not that female or male are you.

I think that man is best manager in view of industrial and office because they are very hard worker and physically fitness and learning eligibility is higher.
