According to my opinion, now-a-days women plays a key role in every field and in every organisation as bank CEOs and CMDs. In this year women of some organisations are the awareness of FICCI. So, the women make the management in any field.

In my opinion, women are good manager but both men and women are same capabilities, patience. Because manager is a person who manages work in a proper way. If we taking about good manager so they can not compare men or female in any way.

Manger can be anyone it's not depends on gender, it is depend on the individual how he/she will do their work.
In professional life, I don't think gender plays an role. It is the point of individuals view of the completion of the work.

Well, I think both men and women can be good manager depending upon the talent, leadership skill, communication skill, decision making. And he or she should have capability to manage situation. So there is no point in making difference.

Hi friends.
Women have more capability and talent as compared to men, so we not going with their gender. But I think if women and men have the management qualities than it women will good manager. A good example is Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw.

Ya I agree, women are the best managers. As there are many examples it will take plenty of time to take their name. So keeping it aside. Talking about their work doing ability, sense of humor. And many more things make them best.

I partially agree with all. But according to me women are good manager because they always think profit and loss before starting any work so they can manage any task in good manner but man never think before starting any work.

In my point of view, both have equal importance, one thing I have to say the good manager is not depend on upon gender, it depends on our attitude, creativity, knowledge, patience, dare and finally having the capacity to so.
