According to my point of view, it does not depend on gender it depends upon the way you tackle the situation, patience, tolerance, creativity, knowledge on the way you handle the situation. Both male and female could be better it doesn't depend on gender. It depends on a person & their personality.

In my view, the female is a better manager because nowadays there is deference between male and female both can do sam job in a good manner and another you take the example of all the ladies those are handling all big organisation start with SBI to PEPSI. So I agree female can be a better manager.

In my opinion, it's not the gender which describes a good manager. It's 21st century and women are no more working as CEOs in their kitchens they can also work and handle the same position as men. It's the attitude, skills, knowledge and experience which decides a good manager and not the gender.

Generally, we can not say on the basis of gender. Good manager has skill that can be in both of men and female.
For an example. Shekhar V Sharma is managing good in venture.
In other hands, we had an example of Jaylaitha and look at Anita Ambani.
So it may any good manger not basis of gender.

Hi friends,
We say that women are good managers because they can do any work with as compared to men. The patience and confidentiality are more important to get successful in life but men as patients. So they can manage the work, with some self-respect to serve their profession.
Thank you.

It's nothing like always Men can work and women should sit at homes doing household work, looking after children, etc. Narendra Modi once said that women are created from goddess Shakthi. They are endangered species and always protect them, treat them equally, don't harass them.

I think it's not depends up on gender. Its depend up on the ability, skill, good knowledge of management. Both have same brain. Mind capacity depend up on hard work about these things. I agree now a days women are good organisation and good management. Women are good manager.

Women are always good managers. Because she need to look her parents, husband's parents, husband, siblings, children, if cattle's its too. If she got a job she is capable of managing it too. So women are the good managers. Behind the success of every man there is a women.

Women possess the skills of managing things. Women are already proved to be best managers. On the other side of the coin there is no skill that can't be taught and learnt to someone irrespective of the gender. Its only practice that makes them good at what they do.
