Yes, according to me, womens are multitasking, they handle the situation very well, their vision towards work and dedication are unique, I think there is no point in comparing men and women and their strengths both are best on their position & its a perception. For Eg; Every mom is the best manager in the world.

As per my concern gender is not important if somebody doing his or her work according to consistently, patiently, hardly.
Women are good to tackle the problems and servive at any situation where are they occure.
Each and every person is judge by their work and knowledge what he/she can do and does it upto you.

Yes, of course, as per my opinion women are better managers than men because women know how to manage properly. Mostly in every home the women-only manages the work of household and women only do proper work than men. Eg women's only bargain while purchasing the goods aur other commodities. Mens do not bargain.

Yes well in my opinion definitely women is a good manager because she has a potential to manage the thing. It's a known fact that women are more organised then men and women's are most of time effectively handle all domestic responsibilities even in the financial domain.

Woman is the most beautiful creation of god. She has the power to take tough decisions better than a man as she is well organised and can keep everything in order. So indeed a woman can take better take decision hen man as she has the caliber to handle the position of a manager very well and effectively.

In my point of view, both women and men have good managing skills. But, it does depend on gender. It only depends on how the person is working by using their knowledge, patience, manage, creativity.
So, we cannot pass any judgement on whether women are good managers than men.

I think that women are good managers because no men will not run the family as well as a women. A family itself it needs the women "without a women a men wouldn't be" without a men a women would be. Not only that the other quality i.e., their sincerity, hard working skills will make her a good managers.

Yes, I agree with my friend's point. Women can be a good manager than the men. To become a good manager, a person require excellent skills, intelligence, fast decision making and all these things depend on his/her education, environment around him/her. Nobody whether its men or women are born managers.

In my opinion men and women manager are not different. However the difference is about their qualities and their skills (technical, human and conceptual skill). I think a good manager is required to create a good environment with their sub-ordinate and perform their job effectively and efficiently.

Yes, women make good managers. We can see the live example at our homes where our mom manages everything so nicely and works from morning to night. There are some working women who work at home and at offices also and manages both places nicely. So women can manage in better way as compared to men.
