According to me, gender doesn't decide that who is better. Your knowledge, skills, experience decide that who is better. Yes of course women may be good manager because they know how to manage things. Because a housewife manages everything at her home. And it is said by a great man that behind every successful man there is a woman. So women can be a good manager.

Yeah, women are better managers than man, because a woman is the one who bears a child, look after her child and also manage a family which is not an easy job to do. For a man, they are the earners of their family. So he may not know how difficult to manage a family, as his prime job is to earn. So I think a woman may be a good manager in all the fields.

According to me, that if the dreams were so high and he and she has a capability to do a good job and also have a positive attitude towards work then no matters its men or women so according to me it depends that how he or she has taken responsibility as granted or not. And also because nowadays our country treats both the gender at the same place.

Women's have always proved that they are multi-taskers and are very keen learners. If women can handle her daily household chaos then I believe that she can manage and achieve whatever she wants. Many great examples of women have mentioned above and there are some more like Sakshi Malik and PV Sindhu who brought bronze and silver medal to India.

I feel that whether the Manager is a Man or a Woman, it all depends on the qualities that they possess, which is required to handle that particular job. For example, Indra Nooyi of PepsiCo, Kiran Mazumdar of Biocon and Narayana Murthy of Infosys. It is the capability that decides whether that person is good or not for a job, and not gender.

Most of the women manage their houses very well from this we can understand that they can manage everything like that. It is not necessary that women are the best manager. We take the example of boy student living far from his parents for study, they have limited amount of money and they manage it for a whole month even they manage their time table for study, to cook food, to play and so on. It generally depends on effort applied.

Women is better managed than man because they have patience, timing situation, and they have ability to solve the problem in different situations for example - mother can handle a family at home and outside the home she solve the problem of state or country in the form of prime ministers or president for example Indra Gandhi etc.

Yes, according to me, womens are multitasking, they handle the situation very well, their vision towards work and dedication are unique, I think there is no point in comparing men and women and their strengths both are best on their position & its a perception. For Eg; Every mom is the best manager in the world.
