I would say there should not be any discrimination between men and women while choosing them. If the person is capable (knowledge, communication skills, a good decision maker) to hold on the position he/ she owe that position.

The art of management is a gift to women by nature. Women are expert in performing their responsibilities easily without any crease on their forehead. Their inherent qualities make them good managers as they are more patient in difficult situations. They are expert in balancing their home as well as their career at a time. So, they have the qualities to be good managers.

Yes, women make good managers, because they are solving many problems in our life. Then something's they are missing their career. Everyday women's make a problem in our family and our life. A girl child also has so many problems in our school days. Every man to motivate our wife and your children. All the women's have ambitions so we are achieving our aim or life goals. All the best.

Hi everyone. In my point of view, both men & women are good managers. This is depending on us.
Suppose we have to take a situation in a family if they have any problem both have equal priority to solve the problem. In that immediately who responded the situation & who think firstly how we have to overcome the problem that depends upon their understanding & commitment.

Hey everyone,
The topic itself brings out a separation between the gender. Everyone has the capacity to do all sort of work. It never varies on seeing the gender. People come up with the chances they get. When chances provided everyone can become a good manager.
I would conclude saying that work never varies based on gender, only on the chances and their capacity.

What we require to be a good manager is that good decision making, good communication, motivation to employees and manage the entire business and produce maximum output with minimum input and improve productivity so why there is question of men and women? Despite the fact is that women have ability to manage her family from her childhood so she can not manage business.

Yes, I do think that women make good managers they have a lot of skills and can learn anything they are no way less than men, but I think that mem or women's capability also matters if women can handle good situations they can if abled women who deserve the position of a manager takes that opportunity she can perfectly manage all the situations. Skill matters anywhere.

According to me, women are a good manager than men because the manager should be attractive and well groomed so that people attract towards the hotel. And women are more attractive than men. Women also have some special skills such as women are a multitasker and they have the power to make things understand to another person. So she can easily manage worst situations.

I think both men and women are best managers, but why man only having more percentage than women is, we are not giving chance to them, to prove what they are, if we give chances to them also then we can see the equal percentage between men and women. Not only in management but in kinds of works. So, their is no chance that men only good manger, both are equal only.

Very happy to see these sort of answers, but I think it would be injustice with women only if we say that they are better manager, they can do each and everything if given a CHANCE to prove themselves. There are number of ladies in my life whom I admire and seen them working so hard and they manage everything with so ease. That possibly men can't even think of it.
