Exactly friends.

Nowadays our PM started a scheme to create more cities as a smart city.

And this scheme is going under working very fastly like in Lucknow metro has been a start. In Delhi, Delhi metro is increasing. And Bangalore has become the first unpopulated city in our country. And now govt is planning to start metro in Allahabad and many more.

So, we should motivate our villages and small cities to take part in this scheme. And develop the cities as well as villagers. Not to pollute everywhere.

I hope in the coming time more of our cities will be come under the smart cities.

Thanks.

Hi friends,

India has many villages. So thus peoples are not having knowledge& education. So the villages are changed into smart villages. That means all villages in India are should have all facilities. Thank you, friends.

Yes, we definitely need smart cities because it will help in improving the way of living. People from cities as well as villages should come forward with their ideas to improve their living conditions and the government should also support their ideas.

I think we don't need smart cities as it is only working in files and in data only. Most of the plans already run by our government that is not practical and the government spend a lot of money already but now we have worked over a powerful practical plan. After smart cities launching the program we easily saw that the city which was declared smart have a heap of garbage everywhere and cities are not well planned. So firstly, we should focus that particular thing which is needed to develop a city in a proper way.

No, we really don't need smart cities but we need smart peoples and good culture which makes a city a smart city. The Smart city is never born, it has to made by hard work and various struggles. If the government tries to make a city smart but people these cities don't know how to use those resources, then the city is no more called a smart city.

Smart and intelligent peoples make a city smart.

India wants to be a superpower, but first, it has to get into the list of developed countries. The conditions of lots of cities of India is worse. They don't even have proper hygiene facilities, educational facilities, full of pollution and a lot more. And we are talking about smart cities! First, these things should be taken care of, if India gets these problems solved then we can think of smart cities, but first we need good cities.

I mean - "What Is The Use Of Wearing A Tie If You Don't Have A Shirt On Your Body First".

To be the "BEST" you have to be the "GOOD" first. It is the part of the journey. You can't directly become the best.

Good Morning Everyone,

Yes, We really need smart cities.
I agree with all of you, that before making the city smart, we should try to make the people smart and villages smart but if we keep waiting to be every people smart and every village smart the country which is developing with us will overtake us soon and the will become developed.

So, in my opinion, govt should focus on to make people smart but at the same time to make a smart city.

Hi friends.

I do have a different opinion on smart cities. India has been developing in fields like sports, science, space and technology. But the major problems have been poverty and unemployment. There are lots of villages in India which lack basic resources like transport, hospitals, proper house and an hygienic environment. Action should be taken against such issues first rather than building up smart cities. Looking into future is good but neglecting the present situation will lead to more havoc in the country. Let villages get developed by providing proper roads and the government should spend a good amount in educating people who are unaware of schemes put forward to them. Missions like swatch Barat and building toilets have boosted they hygienic rates of the country. First, we should develop the village to be smart and parallelly should look upon smart cities. Cities have their basic needs while villages whose main source of employment is agriculture which has always been the backbone of India should be looked upon as it has seen a great decline in production in years passed by.

Living smart and thinking smart will help conserve Indian culture rather than showing to the world that India has smart cities regretting the fact that India also has numerous poor and unsophisticated villages.

Thank You.
