Yes we can.

Now, India has sufficient infrastructure, manpower, developed technogy, security and each and every thing which is required to organize this event India has that's thnigs. Now only we want a good govt who can execute this task property without any corruption. In India every year IPL is organized it's also a big event and its continued almost 45-50 day, if this type of event can organized successfully then I can say indai can also organized and managed Olympic easily.

By organizing Olympic in India we will give our player a great chance to show there talent to our country and also they will feel good while performing in front of home croud. And one more thing will happen by this is that many of the youngster who don't no about the diw sports they can also get attreted to it by seeing it's advertisement and publicity.

It will help our country to showcase his power at international level and every body from around the world can see that INDIA is capable of every thing.

By organizing this event we will promote tourism also many ppl will come from diff country to see the games so they will travel also in there spare time it would be also a good desicion as a business prospective.

Being Practical we should not host Olympics for next 30 years. We are living in a society where the water scarcity problem is there, IPL 2016 matches are shifted from Maharastra because of heavy drought conditions. Some IPL 2018 matches are shifted to Pune because of TamilNadu and Karnataka water dispute. Ganga River Being the most polluted river in India. Open water swimming Race (10km) where can we organise.

Farmers are committing suicides (Maharashtra) because of water problems, So it's a dream.

I think we can definitely dream of hosting Olympics. It has nothing to do with what is going on in this country as the country is generally benefited from the profit which is generated after hosting an Olympic event because these events are funded by the respected authorities and that too ample of money. Our economy will also rise because players and guest from all over the world will be here boosting the hotel industry and buying all sought of local stuff which we shop when we go out at a new place.

Why not? Olympics have always garnered most attention and brings country together at a single stage. India's hosting will give boost to tourism, sports and government will get added advantage in elections. But everything lucrative has the other dark side. Government would spend crores of rupees in renovating few already flourished cities while those villages where electricity seems like a dream would get nothing to cheer for. Before looking to invite other nations our country should also look at the present condition of those who are already the part of the nation. India needs to sort its responsibilities and if everything goes well and get organized, we would love to cheer for India.

I don't think the title make any sense at all " Can we dream of hosting the Olympics". Yes, we do host the Olympics. Basically, it's not a rocket science to handle. We are one of the top nations today with outstanding GDP rate with promising consistency. Still don't try to raise doubts like can we dream or something. We did many impossible things possible.

But first, these improvements are needed for the betterment of these things:.

1) We have to emphasize to awareness in the sports field.

2) Government has to develop a sports academy for sportspersons for a better quality of sportspersons.

3) Government Has to declare more money in the sports quota.

4) Participating in Olympic is the dream and desire of many sportspersons so for them Indian govt has to think about that.

5) For the Olympics event India has to develop a city for organizing and after that they have to do something extraordinary in this field.

6) In 2009 India organized Olympic in our country.

7) This biggest event will encourage the sportspersons to do more better in sports.

8) It will also encourage the boys and girls from a very small town or village who have so much enthusiasm for sports.

9) As an Indian we always give priority to only cricket and also ignore other sports so this is the duty of every citizen of India to spread the awareness of sports via social media and news channels.

Hi, everyone. Well, I think India is not in position right now and for several years in future for hosting the great sports event Olympics. The very first reason is the current situation of India i.e. demonitization it will take the country at least a year for maintaining economic stability.

Apart from this if we think practically hosting Olympics is not easy since there are lot of games in Olympics in which thousand of candidates compete against each other representing their nation. Olympics consists of different games which some Indians have not even heard of. India only participates in some handful games out of hundreds of different types of games, So it's not wise for the country to host it, Since we will not be able to afford as well as won't be able to maintain the required infrastructure. Eventually, this will globally affect both the country as well as the participants from various nations.

Yes, India have ability to host Olympic games if then total procedure is in hand of a honest person. Yes, I admit our infrastructure is not up to norms but we can prepare infrastructure in a given limit of time we have potential. If you told that India is a developing country so we have no ability to host then what about china who host Olympic very successfully. If china can host then why not INDIA. Prominent strength of India is manpower and unity. Due to some corrupt politician it is wrong to say that we are unable to host Olympics.

Yes, we can only dream of hosting Olympics.

For hosting such a mega event, we need to be first economically and politically stable. In the present scenario, we lack both.

We have already shown our caliber by hosting commonwealth'12, Worldcup, IPL. To host Olympics, we need to invest a lot of resources in developing sports culture, infrastructure, security. India is known for few sports and the government encourages only these. Moreover, the nation has a lot of problems going on which need to be addressed first rather than dreaming of hosting such a big event such as corruption, poverty. Hosting Olympics will result in incurring a lot of money from the government which can be rather invested in elimination poverty.

I feel India isn't prepared for Olympics now.

Olympics is just the international collection of games and India is proving themselves to the world and why can't we host the OLYMPICS when we did host commonwealth in 2010 with a massive success, each and everybody appreciaated that, India is having a core of very talented players who have proved themselves on the international arena, if we talk about the security here, then I want to ask is there any one single place around the world which is completely SAFE, there will be no such place, if we keep on thinking like this then nothing will happen. India is very SAFE.

Pollution level will come down after the govt actions and India is completely ready for Olympics.
