Can we dream of hosting the Olympics?

I would be a very great thing if we host Olympics. It would be a great honor to host Olympics. As India is a developing country, it would help to increase political relations with other countries and to develop the nation economically. But there should be a proper utilization of funds to provide facilities and for transportation as well. But the main problem in India was corruption there should be proper plans to utilize the money. And also we need to treat each and every sport with equal interest because most of our Indians mainly concentrate on Cricket.

Yes, dreaming is a birth right, there is no harm dreaming about hosting Olympics, but turning into a reality is near impossible task at least, for now. Hosting any kind of International sporting event is a burden to the country's economy, especially in the developing nations. The budget should be around 1 billion dollars. When there is a huge money involved, that too under Government, without any doubt there will be corruption at all stages, from tender to implementation, inauguration till closing ceremony. Besides money you need manpower, that too skilled manpower. If you are running short of skilled. Manpower, you try to manage with the available labourers, hence delaying the project. Once you are done with the event, everything returns to the normal state. That huge aesthetically built stadium, 40 apartments containing 4000 rooms, everything built for athletes and audience, remain empty. You need to. Spend again for. Maintenance of these buildings, and stadium. So, this is all possible by a nation which has already grown up big and is saturated and is only all about diplomacy and world peace. But, we could really bring honour to our country first by winning some medals, using our pool of talents in the country.

In my point of view, we can think for hosting of Olympics because a country hoisting an Olympics must satisfy the certain norms that are.

1- provide the international player's security, infrastructure etc.

2- economic condition is good.

So we can easily host the Olympics it's not the issue but the issue is corruption as we had seen the scam in common wealth game we had hosted earlier. So we only think about hosting an Olympics when there is no corruption. And one more thing is that we have to improve the farmer condition in our country as they are committing suicide because of loss in production or rain so it is good if we help them financially instead invested 1000 of crores for hosting Olympics. So, at last, I would say hosting Olympics is not the need of the time.

When India cannot host Commonwealth Games Properly how can India host Olympics. Hosting the Olympics will be a huge economic burden. So be smart and Just participate in Olympics.

Country like India where sports create a huge impact on the lives of people and therefore such big events must take place. India has already hosted events like hockey world cups and you 17 football world cup which were a grand success. Hosting these events not only promoted the games in our country but also helped to build sports-related infrastructure which is a very important need to have progressive growth of a nation in sports. Having a competitive environment will only nurture the skills of players which are required at an international level. Hosting Olympics will also give birth to many games which as of now are not being played in India. India has one of the largest media sector in this world and this will also bring lot of money back by broadcasting event internationally. Hosting Olympics will also give lot of boost to infrastructure and real estate. A huge amount of investments will come in India which will help the Indian economy to grow at double rate. India is a diversified nation and is rich in its traditional values, different cultures and different religions which will also create attraction and this beauty of our country will also boost tourism multiple times. Being the superpower among the Asian countries, India will also help in strengthening bonds between Asian countries and Europe and America. Holding such event need billions of dollars in investment which as of now have only made by developed nations. India has all the assets to organize such events and this will only take India towards joining the league superpowers.

We can dream anything, but every dream can't become true. In reality, India should not host Olympics until it becomes developed in an economy, infrastructure, sports culture, security and until it can reduce corruption that may occur in organising. In the present scenario, we notice that the different budgets like health, railways etc is not sufficient enough to improve the standard of infrastructure and lifestyle of Indians. For eg- the government is failing to cater all the needs of a farmer, then how can India host Olympics? Moreover, only a few sports are encouraged by the government and also enjoyed by the people. So, first many players are to be developed in different kinds of sports. So, if India wants to host the Olympics, then the government should work towards improving the economy, sports culture, security, corruption reduction. If it becomes successful in these aspects, then India can host Olympics.

Yes, we can dream of hosting Olympics. Our country is the fastest growing economy in the world. History shows that we have the potential. Asian games, common wealth games, cricket world cups, IPL, ISL and now under 17 football world cup. This shows that we have the ability to organise international games. But practically hosting a mega event like Olympics games is not possible so far for now. It needs very strong infrastructure, capital and political support. First, we should make proper stadiums for diverse games, proper accommodation and should emphasise on Security. Also organising such a mega event means incurring billions of government money which can be used to eliminate poverty or can be invested in the agricultural sector which will help to curtail the suicide of poor farmers. In my opinion, first, we have to make backbones of economy enough strong and should eliminate poverty at maxim extent and then only we will able to host such games more conveniently and efficiently.

Yes, we can dream of hosting Olympics. But for hosting Olympics India needs to be stabilized economically, socially and politically.

- As we know the Commonwealth games held in Delhi in 2010 lead to many controversies. The infrastructure was not good, there were no proper provisions for the people as 71 countries participated. There were many scams too.

- Hosting Olympics is not which India can't do or is not capable unless it does not use Olympics a business.

- Moreover, India requires a huge amount for hosting Olympics which is not possible at this moment due to demonetization, as our country is still not stable economically.

- We have to improve the infrastructure as many countries participate in Olympics.

- We need to train our players and provide equipment and proper diet for the players of our country.

- One of the reasons is also security issues, which is a major problem of our country.

If all these problems are resolved and India becomes a developed country then for sure India can host Olympics. But for now, our country needs to invest more in education and infrastructure.

2. Advertisement of sports like Olympics will push Indian people to encourage their children to make career in sports.

3. Internationally, India will get recognition, Its relation will be stronger, as leaders of different countries will come.

India definitely can organise but it is not the question of whether India is able or not able to organise such big event but the thing is India should organise or not.

Points that favour that India should.

1) the very first thing is Olympic is the event in which almost every big country takes parts and uncountable people present there for watching games that's the thing which increases foreigners in our country which helps in GDP and economy.

2) outsider companies get the chance to know about our country and the probability that they invest in our country is an increase.

3)if we succeed in attracting the outsider companies that it increases employment in India. Unemployment decrease and India lead to a path towards the developed country.

Now points that stop India form takes this responsibility.

1) corruption is a big barrier in doing this. We can never eliminate this completely but now our gov took steps forward to reduce this problem like cashless paying system and demonetisation this steps taken by gov will reduce this problem at a great extent.

2) some people are saying that India is developing the country and there are many other issues about India should concern. Ok, it's right but as I mentioned earlier that organise such event can be a solution for all those problems.

3) this is right that it takes a huge amount for organising but if we concentrate on results then this can be a good investment.
