No India is not ready to host Olympics. It is because presently India can't eradicate poverty and unable to provide basic needs of peoples. Peoples in the lower sector are still fighting to meet their lives. Indians are nothing in the Olympic history when compared to other small countries like Jamaica, Ethiopia, Etc. First of all, we have to provide proper facilities to our peoples and improve their life standard then only a healthy atmosphere arise in our country. Then we can achieve so many things from the sports Field. Only by developing from grassroots level we can achieve success.

Why not, India is one of the most populated countries not only in population but in corruption also, so many talented sports persons struggling to get a chance. Due to the corruption in the sports sector. Yes, we can able to host the Olympics for an example if we are hosting an Olympics. At least we have to win 10 medals, without winning medals if we are hosting an Olympics there is no use. First of all, we have to join hands to remove corruption in the sports sector. The selection procedure should be live telecasted. So, that we know who has a capability. So our dream is only to win gold in Olympics. After we dream about hosting the Olympics.

Hello,

According to me, we can dream of hosting the Olympics? Sure! We can even dream of touching the sun if we want to. But that doesn't mean we should actually attempt such a feat, at least in the near future.

India, our beloved country, is a developing nation. While the hard work of every individual is recognised and the peaks of glory that our country once stood on, and can stand on, is undoubted.

The Fact remains, that currently, a lot is lacking. The rural areas need better facilities, more children need to be cured and even more need to be given a chance at education. Corruption needs to be eroded from its roots, which was clearly rampant during the Commonwealth Games.

Without addressing these issues first it would be boisterous of the government to attempt to host the Olympics just to put on a show for the rest of the world.

Hi everyone,

Not only India can dream of hosting the Olympics but also India can dream to touch the sun. Dreaming is different than reality. When it comes to reality, the problems are starting from there. Instead of dreaming to host in Olympics first our country should clean up in corruption. The government should provide good facility to youths. Especially, in rural area, people are not guiding to their children in sports. They think that sports are not the future of our children. The government Make some awareness arrangements for rural people so that can help to our country to host in Olympics.

Corruption states like Karnataka, West Bengal, J&K, etc. The government Should concentrate on this thing because corruption creates so many losses to our country.

Yes, we shall to host Olympics because its a way to increase our country tourism power and to show our strength that what we can do.

We have not to think the interior problem of our country could affect Olympics because every country has some problem. So we have to with full mind setup host the Olympic.

I think it is not so much good to host as there is so much corruption at the back and it brings our country a bad name. And the arrangements should be in the favour of other countries. As a developing country, we can't do such a risk now. We can think of it when all the problems were solved. Hosting is a great opportunity for our country but the mind set of politicians is to make so much money and get corrupted.

Hello everyone, from my point of view, Anyone can do anything if he or she wants to and also if they have the capability to do that. That's why India can host olympics as according to international reports India is growing with highest speed. India has Infrastructure, Indians are motivated enough to organise something and make that possible. So, yes, India can host Olympics.

As my point of view, yes, we can, but it's not all about the capabilities of a country like India. It's about how our leader takes these responsibilities in a specific manner to give high quality of service and environment to each and every athlete. We have seen what happened in commonwealth games. Before organising an event like this, we have to develop the highest level of infrastructure as well as good governance policies, scrutinize administration, more capable athletes.

Why can't when we have dreamt about supercomputers, satellites and succeeded the citizens of other nations not even believed their own eyes and minds. India has such power, zeal in their minds and hearts. So Olympics is not a great achievement when compared to these, only thing is we and our so-called govt should be transparent in all way. We have seen the scams during Commonwealth in Delhi that should not happen. We need a very big area or platform to conduct games. People have to support and appreciate the ideas for well being of the nation. Hosting the Olympics will be the dream of every nation if we get a chance we have to carry out successfully.
