Brain-Drain has to be stopped

According to my point of view, brain drain should be strictly banned from India as India is a developing country and yes of course it will need more skilled people to work for the nation to manage its economy. And I think its a selfishness of the people who studied here from the rest of their life and work for the other nation and paid taxes there. So I think brain drain should be completely removed from our nation to make a developed nation from the developing nation.

What I really think is that Brain Drain must not be stopped because the exposure and opportunities that students or employees are able to fetch overseas in developed and progressive countries are not available in India. Although, it is correct to say that those countries this way are taking their work from the intelligent brains of Indian origin, but India as a nation does not have much to offer to the sharp brains due to problems like overpopulation, unemployment, reservation, recession etc.

Yes, Currently our India facing Brain-Drain obviously its effect on our economics. Due to brain drain we have lack of good engineer and scientist. Instead of discussion of brain drain and its disadvantages, we need to do some changes. First, we need to start form self after that advice to others. First we need to change our education system. In India, sorry to mention that Here every government employee is corrupted first stop corruption and give chance to talent so talented people stay here and do there research government should take this responsibility.

In my opinion, every answer and suggestions given above is correct in or other way. This topic is debatable as there are different views for or against the topic from different people. Well, speaking of brain drain first we should acquaint ourselves with the meaning of the term. It means students who are granted some sorts of scholarships and are provided education at a nominal fee so that they can get the best education and can take the country to pinnacle with their knowledge but when such allied students instead of serving their country serve other countries then brain drain takes into form.

I think that brain drain should not be given much highlight because in a real sense it is not a problem because we all are in era of globalization where people, goods and services are utilized to their fullest use crossing the country frontiers. So if we banned their migration from country to other in concern of brain drain than it would be fruitless on part of persons who think that the country does not have enough funds or resources which can facilitate them to do experiments and research.

In my opinion, govt should strive for building a structure which should provide best facilities so that not only the Indian candidates restrain themselves from visiting other countries but also foreigners are attracted to come and do research in India.

I think brain drain should not stopped in India because it gives a chance to those person who want yo goes abroad and wants a better life. In India, their is no proper facility as we compared to other country. People have their own thoughts. They have their freedom to enjoy its life and make it better by many ways. So, we have no rights to stopped people to go abroad. I have an example of CEO of google, which is an Indian and gives us free wifi on railway stations. And also the CEO of microsoft, which is also an Indian. So, it is not correct to stopped brain drain.

Recently, I saw in the news that some of the IIT students are offered packages of 1 crore per annum by Indian companies and about 2 crores from international companies. Since there is a huge difference of money offered between inside and outside, so, we can guess that where these students would prefer to go as in the end it's all about money. International companies take good and capable students with them not just because students prefer it but also because those companies provide those opportunities that is eye-catching and worth applying for and on the other hand, some Indian companies do not even think about it.

So in conclusion, what I want to say is that if you (government) don't want brain drain then provide those facilities (i. E employment) to deserving people instead of telling them to become "aatm nirbhar" and Indian companies should also try to widen their approach.

I want to express my opinion about "BRAIN DRAIN HAS TO BE STOPPED ".

Due to brain drain there are many more problems are occurred in our MOTHERLAND. Those country which is under developed there's government need to be conscious about brain drain. Because nowadays it became a communicable disease, because everybody wants to earn more money and more facilities. Nowadays most of the people only & only think about themselves so, in other word they are also selfish with respect to their motherland. Everybody know that there is need to money for living but in my opinion "MONEY IS NEED FOR LIVE, LIVING IS NOT FOR MONEY" so think before doing.

People who are able to develop their country like; doctor, engineer, scientist etc. There is need to think about their country. Do struggle for their job means do struggle to serve their country by different way in which they had learned. They have need to change their mentality about earning more money and stay luxurious life.

So, government of there also need to think positively and take it positively. Because those who are well knowledgeable person they need well factitious hospitals, research centers and labs with attractive salary. These facilities are need to provide by government. Then only government become able to save their manpower in their country and then only easy to make country well developed with respect to other one.

Finally, in one word brain drain cause harm for our country so, everyone need to be careful about brain drain.

Brain drain is really cursing for our nation I think all should abhor this. And throughout this cheap word work mindset from our country. Migrating one place to another isn't the solution. We should avoid it and have to work on these! I am totally agree wit all who mentioned their opinion here!

There are many things which are responsible for these.

"Corruption".
"Irresponsibility".
"Don't wanna to develop our very own nation".
"Migrated only for high salary name nd fame and etc".

As we know very high thinking skill people lived in India but didn't understand why they are developing other nation. 1stly they should think about "INDIA" than other! 40% of people are in NASA.

If they wanna to develop those countries why they took birth here! ?Why they taken education from here?

Hopefully, motherland also feeling shameful for this.

Not only PM but we should also have to work on this.

After going through all the discussion on brain drain, I would like to make some point of mine on this particular topic.

1) Brain drain is I don't think it should b stopped because if anyone has that much capability to go and work for their dream company why shouldn't they. And believe it or not. Not everyone gets that type of opportunity.

2) India is a country where the ratio of corrupt people is more than that of an honest one. So even if someone wants to make some moves regarding the progress of our country they have to go through a lot of difficulty either it is related to documentation or land or money.

3) Resources play a vital role if it comes to the development of a country, in India, they don't get such supportive environment.

So it should not be stopped, I mean everyone busy securing their own future so we should praise him we should not raise questions about that.
